The hotel is located in the very center, near Arbat, Shymkent Plaza is 10 minutes walk away, there is a Madeleine cafe and a couple of restaurants nearby!!! There is a Starbucks nearby. The room is spacious, the bed is soft and comfortable!! There are all the little things, slippers, a bathrobe, etc. There is a mini bar with drinks. There is a safe in the room)))

It belongs to a business hotel, the location is very good, just in the style park, 200 meters from the Yasavi Mausoleum, from the window is Yasavi. The hotel room is large and the bathroom is not big. There are not many things for breakfast, but they are all Western breakfasts I love, which are quite delicious. The front desk lady is very good, we also used the taxi software to help me call a taxi when we left. The disadvantage is that the hygiene is not very clean and there are some hair on the ground.

There are two KARAVANSARAY hotels on the property - one which is a family hotel with children's activities and the other, more luxury style hotel. We were upgraded to the duplex room at the luxury style KARAVANSARAY. To say that the amenities and service of the amazing staff are top-notch is an understatement. There's a spa, steam rooms, Turkish bath, and massages available. The bar and 24 hour room service were a pleasant surprise. My only regret is that we only stayed one night in this fabulous hotel, but we will definitely return. My one critique is that our room was exceedingly hot; we couldn't adjust the thermostat and ultimately resorted to opening the balcony door to cool down the room. Other than this minor issue, KARAVANSARAY hotel far exceeded our expectations!
