We went to Kuwait with friends for a wedding, the hotel accommodated us with a shuttle service and the driver waited for us for 2+ hours as we got our visas on arrival and money exchanged. The breakfast spread was lovely and varied, and the restaurant was on the smaller side but still worked well. Sauna/gym/pool were all included and a lovely treat after a day out. The staff were all always kind and looked after us well, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, for the price was well worth it.

In Kuwait, a country with high consumption, this hotel is very cost-effective. The price is not expensive, and the single room is not big but very warm, which exceeded my expectations. The hotel service is also very good. Thumbs up!

Everything is good, food, accommodation and transportation are all very good. The surrounding environment, how should I say, is still very different from that in China. However, you are in Kuwait, so there is no need to compare it with China. There is no comparison. Basically, the environment in Kuwait, hey, you will know it after you come and see it. Relatively speaking, it is quiet and comfortable here, because after all, it is an early house with complete facilities. It is better and less modern. I recommend the gym, sweat steam and dry steam on the 23rd floor. The swimming pool is too small to go there. It is all on the 23rd floor.

The size of the hotel room is just like that, and the two are suitable. The facilities and equipment are average, and the hotel has felt for a few years. The location is very good, very close to where we are going. The environment is really average, but breakfast is OK and you can choose.

The room was nice and really clean. The workers were really nice however the amenities could be improved. There were 2 small bottles of water and when we asked for more they told us it costed us 750 files for 100 ml. However there is a lot of supermarkerts that deliver and everything is close by.

Fairly new hotel in good condition. The room is relatively small, but good for a 3* hotel (with a refrigerator). Large shower. Air conditioning is quite loud, but helps drown out the two construction sites to the right and left of the hotel, so I was able to sleep well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was okay for surfing, but too slow for uploading pictures to Instagram. Breakfast was simple, but as I said, it is a 3* hotel. There is a mini pool on the first floor with two loungers on the terrace and three loungers inside. 400m away is a large shopping center with a good selection of food. The nearest hypermarket (Monoprix) is 800m away. Bus 507 (0.25 KD, taxi 2.5 KD) takes you to Avenues Mall. A taxi to the airport was 5 KD.

The hotel is good overall, and offers free airport pick-up service. The hotel's restaurant is also good. I bought a full meal package on Ctrip, but I don't know what went wrong. The hotel said that it was only breakfast after multiple confirmations. Finally, Ctrip came up with a plan to reimburse my dining expenses in the hotel. In fact, the reimbursement was very convenient. I gave the consumption voucher to Ctrip and it was immediately credited to my account.

CChyna1On the date of arrival, the hotel staff Faizan was very helpful to arrange for my airport transfer even though was not pre-arranged. On Wed, the day before checkout, I settled all my outstanding & requested for an invoice but was initially denied citing the reason that I have paid thru Trip.Com. The staff in charge is don’t seem to understand that Trip.Com is just an agent & sole responsibility of issuing invoice liaise with the hotel. After several discussion, they finally agreed but issued an inaccurate invoice where 4 days stay was itemized instead of 5 days. When I was about to leave the hotel on Thurs, Faizan was on duty & I requested him to make the amendments (to the invoice) for me. He promised to email me the revised invoice but I have not received till now. So a good impression turned into an unpleasant one on the last day..
