Staff at Shilla Stay Jeonju was awesome! Hae Sun and her colleagues including her manager was super friendly and helpful. Location is good at an area which is walkable distance from the Hanok Village yet quiet area for resting. There is a GS25 located right outside hotel too!

The accommodation is in a good location for sightseeing in the Hanok Village, and it is a place where you can have an emotional Hanok experience. It was good that each room had a private bathroom and shower instead of using a shared bathroom. Although there were some inconveniences in privacy due to the nature of Hanok, all the guests were considerate, so there was no major inconvenience, and I would like to give the owner the highest score in particular for his kindness. I stayed for 3 nights as a solo traveler and was satisfied.

The room was relatively large and clean. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, and the toilet was clean and well-maintained, along with a bidet. Above all, the bathtub was spacious and clean, so it was nice to soak in warm water and relieve fatigue. It was much better than the small rooms and bathrooms of Japanese business hotels. The amenities were well-prepared, and in addition to the basic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the bathroom, there was also a hairdryer, razor, shaving cream, and disposable shower towels. The parking lot was also well-equipped. Breakfast was provided, and it was mainly fast food, such as cup ramen, muffins, baked eggs, and coffee, but it was not bad. In conclusion, it is a hotel with good value for money. The only downside is that it is located near an entertainment district and a motel village. It takes about 10-15 minutes by car from the Hanok Village.

First of all, the hotel recommends the sun go down! The scenery of the hotel from the surrounding area is very beautiful. I used the main building, but the staff were all friendly and there was an unmanned convenience store on the first floor, so it was easy to buy snacks in the middle~~ I think I will visit again next time I go to Gunsan!

Beautiful clean place. Just beside Hanok village. Wonderful place to explore. The view was wonderful. Breakfast was alright. Just take note if Ure travelling during the start of autumn it can still be warm but they didn’t have their aircon running. We requested for fan but they were out of it as well. Had to open the window but it was still so warm my 6 year old couldn’t sleep.

The location is good as it is just approx. 3 mins' walk from Jeonju Station. There is a bus stop around 1-2 mins' walk away which will get one closer to Jeonju Hanok Village. The room is huge and clean. However, didn't really like the fact that there is no shower curtain separating the bath tub and the toilet bowl/ washing basin area.

The best person is not someone who is kind or someone who is sweet, but someone who stays by my side for a long time.

The hotel is very nice, clean and have good service. I had a suite which was great, except that no TV in living room section and TV only in bedroom. The breakfast buffet was likely very great for Koreans, but not very international oriented. Bread section pure and no cheese or ham and limited jam. Fruit section was extremely poor and selection of juice limited.

I had a very satisfying experience at a hotel I recently visited. First of all, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and professional. I was impressed by their considerate attitude toward customers. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable, so I was able to rest well. The bathroom was clean, and the amenities were all I needed. The Wi-Fi speed was fast, so I had no problems working or watching videos. The breakfast buffet had a variety of menus and was fresh, and the food tasted great. The swimming pool and gym were cleanly maintained, so I felt comfortable the whole time I was there. The hotel was also close to major tourist attractions, so it was convenient to get around. However, the soundproofing was a bit disappointing, so I could hear a little noise from the next room, and there was a little noise when the air conditioner was running. If only these aspects were improved, it would be a perfect stay. Overall, I had a comfortable and satisfying time, and it was a hotel I would like to visit again.

This hotel has 0 pools. The advertised 3 pools are nonexistent. They have no working bathhouse or sauna. The hotel gym space is lack luster. The rooms are very nice. The staff is very nice. It's right next to the bus stop for the GSCO convention center. A couple good coffee spots close by and a 24/7 convenience store right outside hotel entrance. I repeat: there are 0 pools on this property.
