As a sweet bonus, the last three photos show a lesser-known scenic area in Puyuan. Despite its low profile, it's truly a grand and impressive place inside! It's only a 30-minute taxi ride away and definitely worth experiencing."

"When traveling with the elderly, the door service staff took the initiative to carry the suitcase and guide, and the front desk was very considerate to check in in advance, and it was a five-star praise. It was arranged in a parent-child room. The color combination was really ugly, a disaster scene. Of course, the bed was wider and more comfortable to sleep, but I still have to complain about the color of the children's matching. Why can only families with children be in the parent-child room? Can't adults bring the elderly to play with a simple and elegant atmosphere and facilities? By the way, the parent-child rooms are arranged in the corner of the first floor. The facilities seem to be used very frequently, so the room itself is not very satisfactory. The breakfast is relatively rich. There will be employees guiding seats when entering the lobby, but they led me to the dark entrance booth. It is not very thoughtful. The service form is greater than the content. It is recommended to look around and decide where to sit. It is hard to say whether the food is delicious. There are many semi-finished products. The salad is matched with bowls. You can feel the mood of the hotel to reduce costs and increase efficiency. At the end of the meal, I found that the small rice dumplings are quite delicious. The super thunder point is that the yogurt is actually in a small Mengniu cup, which is very cheap! The decoration and facilities are good, and the overall environment is worth the price. There is a side door that leads directly to the Nanhu Scenic Area, and you can enter and exit by swiping a card. However, I walked along the lake to the left for a long time and found that I couldn't get back to the hotel. It felt a bit inconvenient that only one direct access door was opened. Afterwards, the hotel returned to tell me that there were two doors, and I didn't know where the other one was, and no one told me. On the last day, I asked to delay check-out, and it was processed until 1:30. Nanhu is still quite large. If you want to go to Huijingyuan Pier, it is recommended to take a taxi. If you want to go to Wuxiang Temple and Haogu Tower, you can swipe the access control and go through the hotel's small door. The swimming pool is 1.2 meters deep, which is safe enough for beginners, but it is a little small. It's not bad to swim casually. However, when I asked the guide where the swimming pool and gym were, the guide asked me very curiously if I had a daily fitness habit? I felt that the question was redundant. It might be a new kid. I hope she won't chat like this next time."

"A superb value hotel. Highly recommended. Newly renovated, the hotel is stylish and refined. Even during the May Day holiday, the prices were acceptable. The hotel is quite spacious, which helped disperse the crowds, so it never felt noisy. The business twin room, at 40 square meters, is generously sized and very comfortable. The garden outside the gym is also quite beautiful. Cross the bridge directly opposite the hotel, and in about 5 minutes, you'll reach Haogu Pagoda. Climbing the pagoda offers panoramic views of the entire South Lake. There's a beautiful greenway around South Lake, with weeping willows and clear blue waters, making for a very pleasant stroll. Turning right from the hotel, a 10-minute walk brings you to the Zicheng Ruins, with the Grand Cathedral right next door. A tram station is conveniently located by the cathedral. Xiexi Street is located behind the hotel, and a 15-minute walk will bring you to the famous Shaomai eateries there. Just to the right of the hotel, there's an ice cream shop. Their pecan ice cream is delicious, and their lemon-chili flavored ice cream is surprisingly amazing. Also nearby are a Wufangzhai specialty store and a cozy cat cafe. The hotel breakfast, priced at a very reasonable 38 RMB per person, offers great value. It includes live cooking stations for noodles and wontons, as well as fruit salads, freshly brewed coffee, and kid-friendly options like cereal and yogurt. Yuehe Street is also within easy reach. Hotel parking is free, and there are ample spaces, even during long holidays. Overall, highly recommended!"

"My stay at the Jiaxing Marriott Hotel was absolutely delightful! The overall service truly lived up to Marriott's renowned standards. Parking and transportation were incredibly convenient, with a dedicated parking lot that offered free parking simply by scanning a QR code upon exit. The hotel service was exceptionally attentive. From check-in at the front desk right through to our departure, everything was excellent. We were particularly impressed by the service from Annie and Zoe. Also, there was a young male staff member who, noticing our many bags, proactively helped us operate the elevator with his key card every single time. Such thoughtful and proactive service! (It would be even cooler if they had robots for food delivery! 🤭) We opted for the Panoramic King Room, which was wonderfully bright, and the air conditioning worked perfectly! We felt perfectly comfortable and cool throughout our stay, and we will absolutely choose the Jiaxing Marriott Hotel again for our next visit! 👍"

"I went on a business trip to Jiaxing but unexpectedly got an unexpected stay experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby and smelled the Longjing tea, I felt the attentiveness of this Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk used a tablet to help me complete the formalities in three minutes, and the hand-painted version of ”Xiuzhou Food Map” handed over was simply a treasure - I ate authentic Zou Daxian Yanduxiang according to the recommendation. The zero-pressure bed in the room saved me from long-term cervical discomfort. I especially noticed that the USB port at the head of the bed has a luminous function, so I don’t have to find a socket in the dark to charge in the middle of the night. The detail that the gym is open 24 hours a day is a plus. After working overtime late at night, I can even use sports equipment with ice compress function. The most unforgettable thing is the episode when checking out: I casually mentioned that I had to catch the high-speed rail, and the concierge handed me a sandwich coffee combination in an insulated bag like magic. This kind of subtle and thoughtful service is probably the highest level of the hotel industry."

Even before I had fully stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by the warm enthusiasm of staff member Mona, who proactively helped upgrade my room – setting a wonderfully positive tone right from the start. The room itself was cozy and elegantly furnished. Its spacious layout, starting from a generous 42 square meters, ensured I never felt cramped. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered a superb view; at night, the glittering city lights were a beautiful sight to behold right from my bed. The in-room amenities also reflected high quality: a 55-inch HD LCD TV, a separate shower and bathtub, and international brand Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries – every detail exuded a touch of luxury. Executive Rooms and Suites even come equipped with a capsule coffee machine and a variety of teas, truly demonstrating an understanding of guests' needs. The hotel's dining options were also a delightful surprise! Yu All-Day Dining restaurant offered an extensive breakfast buffet with a complete array of both Chinese and Western dishes. Local Jiaxing specialties like 'rouzong' (savory sticky rice dumplings) and Nanhu water caltrops, along with mini pan-fried buns and tofu pudding, all tasted fantastic. The freshly-made Eggs Benedict and pan-fried dumplings are definitely a must-try. Adjacent to the restaurant, there's a playful children's dining and play zone, which families with kids will surely appreciate. The Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor specializes in local Shanghai and Cantonese cuisine, boasting a serene and elegant ambiance perfect for family gatherings or business dinners. Afternoon tea at the Silk Lobby Lounge was exquisite and delicious; paired with a signature cocktail, it created a wonderfully relaxing experience. The Executive Lounge's afternoon tea and Happy Hour were equally impressive, offering a wide variety of hot dishes, desserts, and fruits, all of high quality. The leisure facilities were also comprehensive. The fitness center on the 2nd floor features a variety of equipment, and the indoor heated pool has crystal-clear water. After a swim, you can unwind in the sauna. Furthermore, the hotel boasts an excellent location in Nanhu District, surrounded by all sorts of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Wanda Plaza is just a short walk away, and it's not far from Nanhu Scenic Area, Yuehe Ancient Town, and Jiaxing South High-Speed Railway Station, making travel incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jiaxing, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"
