Front desk staff quite friendly. Room just okay to me. As a business traveler in and out hotel is a part of our routine. Frankly I am not favor with the washing basin in the middle of the room with no wall no door. Just imagine for those sharing a room it's disgusting brush of your teeth besides your roommate bed and spiting, just cannot brain. Another part that I cannot accept open closet. Hanging your clothes with no cover and it's small even for short term traveler like me. Since we had a meeting in house Food wise average. The location , located somewhere nowhere. Nothing that I write about the location. There are Pizza Hut, Mc Donald and KFC in front of gloomy road of the hotel. That's all for 2 nights stay I can see.

First, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient close to the shops and restaurants. The food at the hotel especially for breakfast is fantastic. I'll surely come again to this hotel.

worth the price close to everywhere the seaview.. rumah makan & mall all just walkable. stayed here because of the location is very good near to everywhere. the only thing i frustrated about the room the towels provided was very low quality towels very hard to absorb wetness everytime after taking bath. hopefully in future reddoorz should provide towels that have fabric suitable to absorb wetness even is not a thick towels like 4 star hotel cheap towels also can provided the fabric is good.besides that I think this hotel is very good because of it's location.. close to plaza andalas mall..big supermarket..rumah makan.. seaview..small mart.. coffee shop & all you need is here

However, walking to the property from the parking area is quite far, and the path is dark at night. Adding street lights would improve safety and convenience. The café opens at 8 am, which is late for guests with early schedules. An earlier opening time, like 7 am, would be more practical. The bathroom amenities were minimal—only body wash was provided, with no shampoo available. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but there’s room for improvement in convenience and amenities.
