Upon entering my room, I immediately felt something was off with the bedsheets. There was a somewhat recent stain, and the smell confirmed they were definitely not clean. The towels were grey, making it impossible to tell if they were clean or dirty. I was too exhausted at that moment to bother complaining or calling housekeeping. And true enough, the very next day after sleeping there, I developed herpes on my thigh.

The best hotel in the area, with many breakfast options and affordable prices, better than the one near the airport. It is also convenient to go to the shopping mall downstairs. Eating in the mall is much safer than eating outside.

This is the first time the sink has been placed in the same room as the bedroom, in my opinion it is very disturbing and has the potential to get mud everywhere.

Food is good, location is great, everything is good, this is my many time stay here

Good location, just 5 minutes walking to duta mall and tou can go around menara pandang, pasar terapung, patung bekantan like just 10 minutes walking. This is my second time stay here and always be happy customer cauese all the staff very helpful and nice.

Strategic location if you want to take an early morning flight, after breakfast go straight into the waiting room

Everything was good about the hotel, only the breakfast for us as foreigners maybe was missing some more. But over all . And the cleaning is excellent. Will be. Back there sure

Hai Ebony Hotel, previously let me review Ebony Hotel. This hotel class is 3 stars, there is something to appreciate first is the hotel location is very strategic especially near to Port. the second is that in general the building is nice and spacious yes,the large parking lot is also cool. The third thing in terms of the room for 3 stars is complete, well, there is a cool box good point, the air conditioner is cold, the bathroom is okay, what is worth paying attention is that the toothbrush is very good, real hehe, but the bathroom is long enough to heat. The fourth in terms of breakfast in general, it is very complete for a 3-star category, well, I really like it. There is a noodle stand that usually only in 4++ stars. Cool like it. The fifth price, if you can suggest the best price range is at 600-700 for deluxe + breakfast, maybe superior can be under 600, for the grand deluxe, it may be in the 700-800/900 range, if the weekend is only a suggestion, 😉 . And the last thing that makes me very disappointed is the service at breakfast which the staff is not ready compared to the arrival of guests, I started breakfast at 6 am and only 1 staff took care of it, and when I ordered Indomie fried message from 7pm less than 15 if it wasn't wrong until 7.30 wasn't ready yet. This is very disappointed with the reason that the water to boil hasn't boiled yet, yeah why not ready and prepare in advance, and for the staff at the restaurant please reviewed again so that you can be meticulous and smile.
