It is nice hotel with good view. The room has different type of room. The one I stayed name Academy room is not the best choice is a long walk from the reception of lobby. The ROM of suit is much more convenient and better view.

Stayed for 3 nights while in the area seeing friends. After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant but the price was so good that I took a chance. The room was fine, comfy bed, good shower, kettle, free wifi. All you could need. They are trying to be modern and giving a code instead of a key for the locks which is just a pain and unnecessary. Only negative is that housekeeping are so noisy in a morning so any chance of a sleep in is short lived! Would stay here again.

Good environment. No nice quiet working space. Small gym. I tried 3 different rooms. No cupboards or almirahs. Clothes are supposed to be hanged on wall. Irons are supposed to be done in separate designated room (impractical for lazy people 😅).  Breakfast is nice but not so many options. Staff were nice. Washrooms were not very pleasant to use. Seats were quite uncomfortable and sink tap was too close to be used easily.

The hotel is directly opposite Windsor Castle, not far from Windsor Railway Station. The traffic is very convenient. Three single rooms are selected. The whole room is small but complete, the front room has elevators, but some floors still have to The upper and lower floors, so the big luggage needs to be lifted. The room is very clean, the bathroom has heating, after washing the small pieces of clothing can be put on the heating, it is dry overnight, very convenient, although there is no air conditioning, but the summer evening in the UK is still very Cold needs to be covered, so nothing. Car rental needs to stop at a nearby paid parking lot. It takes about 18-20 pounds for almost 10 hours in the vicinity, but it is free to stop at night, but it starts to charge at 9:00 in the morning, so if you stop for one night, pay attention to it. The next day, I will either pay back after 9:00, or leave before 9:00. There are many restaurants nearby, and the recommended wagamama is Thai, Japanese, etc. It is suitable for Chinese stomach. There is a Chinese buffet next to McDonald's. During the day, it is lined up outside. The Chinese people are everywhere. British hotels do not take off their shoes and disposable dental appliances. They usually provide soap and shampoo shower gel, so it is enough.

In order to take the children to the nearby school for an interview, stayed for one night, so there is not much demand for the hotel. The facilities in the room are general, the beds are put together, not very comfortable, the health is OK, the breakfast is too poor, the overall feeling is not acceptable for the holiday! The decoration at the front desk is ok, warm and elegant!

Have stayed here before, convenient for LHR which is only 15 minutes away, room although very comfortable was a little dated in the bathroom, whoever put the sealant around the bath/shower did not do a great job as it was a bit tacky, this is not a criticism more an observation. One annoying factor which seems to be creeping in amongst hotels is the additional charge for parking, the room rate was very reasonable hence why I selected it, however I admit I missed the info on parking charges which added another £10 overall to the cost. it's a bit like airports charging you to drop off their customers.

Fiona the receptionist made our stay feel like we were at home, we stayed during the Fire at Heathrow Airport, Fiona the receptionist went over and beyond to ensure that had no added stress, she organised extra day efficiently & parking, Fiona’s professionalism & kindness were amazing. The Hotel was super clean, fresh decor/bedding/pillows/towels and the extras on request were super fast. All the staff were of the highest standards of professionalism. The stay also includes free delicious fresh English breakfast, also fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt and breakfast to go bag if you’re flights leave before breakfast. All rooms have complimentary tea/coffee and hairdryers. This is 5/6 stay here. There are bus stops outside the hotel take you either to Slough/Hounslow West tube station/bus station, M4 is two mins by car, and M25 15-20 mins drive. Central London by car 40 min drive. This should be a 5* star hotel based on service amenities alone.

Except for the old-fashioned facilities in the room, everything else is good. The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion provided by the hotel are all very good. The wine from the hotel winery is also delicious.

The lodge is a great location if you are going to the racecourse. We arrived at around 1:30 as the first race was at 2:30 and was told that if we wanted to check in early we would have to pay a fee of £20. When the races often start at around 2-2:30 this seemed unreasonable. I had to come out of he racecourse between races to check In. I’ve stayed at the Lingfield racecourse hotel and they checked us in 12:30 as our room was ready. Went for breakfast at around 7:50 and there was no menus out, the staff seemed totally disorganised. There was no instructions on how to order food. The continental “help yourself” was ok but had very little fruit options. They did have alpro soya and oat milk as milk alternatives. The room was clean and tidy but very basic. It did have a free standing fan which was good in the warm weather. The bad was big and comfortable. The shower was nice and had shower gel. The customer service let it down a little.

ABC Hotel maintained cleanliness standards, but the room size was smaller than expected. The beautiful décor compensated for the limitations. While the location was a little far from major attractions, it was not difficult to find. Suitable for those valuing cleanliness and aesthetics, but consider alternatives for more spacious accommodations and a central location.
