Centralised location which was great. Disappointing breakfast due to limited choices all around. Also had limited hot beverages for those who don’t drink coffee. The air conditioning was weak
It’s a very nice hotel. Close to restaurants and about 10 minute walk to the nearest MRT. The staff are very nice and friendly. Good service! 👏They assisted us well during our stay. The room is big enough and so neat. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Would recommend this place.
My experence with A&O Brussels Centrum was very good.
- Location: Centrally located, making it easy to explore Brussels.
- Staff: Friendly and welcoming, but check-in may take some time.
- Amenities: Offers a range of services and amenities to make your stay comfortable.
- Rooms: Clean and functional, although you may may them simple.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is in an excellent location—just a short walk to the city center, public transport, and several tourist spots. The lobby is modern and welcoming, and the staff at check-in were friendly and efficient.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I appreciated the signature DoubleTree cookie at check-in—always a nice touch! The bed was very cozy, and I had a good night’s sleep each night. One highlight was the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of choices, including fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes.
However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the bathroom felt a little dated and the housekeeping service could have been more consistent. On one of the days, some of the toiletries were not replenished.
Overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of Brussels. Would definitely stay here again!
Location is 10m walk from Midi SNCB station. Massive construction work at entrance, so get a room facing courtyard is advisable.
Room is fine for 1-2nts, the neighbourhood is mainly occupied by African, Middle Easterners & East Asian. Many grocery shops, buying fruits & daily essentials are cheap, for meals it’s better to eat in the station
Did not consume the hotel breakfast. Lift& corridoris extremely claustrophobic, the space of 1pax
The overall design of the room and the hotel is actually very good, but even if it is just opened, the overall service is unprofessional. The waiters from the housing department to the restaurant are as inexperienced as temporary workers.

I prefered this hotel as it is close to the EU institutions. However, there are better hotels on other parts of the city. In booking, I didn't select the breakfast as I confused. When I arrived the hotel, they told me to include breakfast for 29$ per day, which was expensive. When booking, I read that there would be drinking water as complementary but there was only empty bottles and it should be filled in from a machine next to the elevators. Lastly, the room was noisy because windows are not noise dampening. The furniture was also outdated.
1st room given - aircon was broken and door cannot lock
2nd room given, no aircon
3rd room given was an upgraded one but the aircon was spoilt and broken. 1 supervisor and 1 lady staff on duty were really unhelpful and kept saying aircon was turned on etc. But 1 staff Andy, is VERY helpful. He recommended to move to another hotel nearby and request for a refund. Will write to the manager or director. I will never come here again. They should change their attitude and technician staff or do a retrain. Overheard a few guests complain the aircon was not cold too.
The hotel is conveniently located across the Brussels Midi/Zuid station, along with several other hotels. It is not a pleasant area but convenient if you need easy access to the station. The hotel itself seems freshly renovated and everything was functional. It was also very affordable. There is a large lobby with a café in which I spent a few hours working and found it convenient and pleasant.
Overall I was very satisfied!
First of all, the room was very clean, and the toilet and shower booth were also clean.
The amenities were sufficient for one night, but those staying multiple nights may find some things lacking.
There is no mini-fridge in the room. Also no toothbrushes or glass cups.
However, there were four free bottles of water, a Nespresso machine, tea bags, and the hotel's paper cups.
It was conveniently located within walking distance of Minami Station and close to the main tourist attractions.

GGuest Usergood location and good service; It’s convenient for travellers that the hotel provide free luggage storage. The room is clean and well furnished.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel at the last minute for a short trip to Brussels for an event.I arrived at night time so it took a while to get my bearings from De Bruckere metro station. I arrived tired and hungry so once I checked in,I got a quick shower to freshen up. Booked a single room (bed was slightly bigger than a single). Okay size for the time I was there. It had a patio door so could go outside if you smoke. Bathroom small but for what I needed perfect. There was even a hairdryer which was needed as my trousers had been washed before ai left home and were a bit damp and also for drying hair on the Sunday morning. A safe was in the room and a colour TV with a desk and chair. Foodwise, the information in the hotel booklet in the room needs to be updated as it stated breakfast was on the 7th floor. It wasn't it was on the ground floor then you had to go down a couple of lots of stairs so bear this in mind if wanting to eat breakfast in the hotel especially if disabled or you have mobility issues.Breakfast was scrambled egg, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans if you wanted a hot option. There was also a waffle machine, toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit and pastries with water, fruit juice and two hot drinks makers for tea, coggee and hot chocolate. Food was ok for setting me up for the rest of the day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby selling a variety of different cuisines however the friterie a few doors up seemed to always be busy. Location wise about 6 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 8-10 minutes to the Mannequin Pis. In the other direction about the same to the Place de Monnaie which has lots of shops like Uniqlo,Foot Locket,Primark,Decathlon etc. There is a Dunkin Donuts however there is only seating on the upstairs level and there is no lift. Found using the Beurs metro either no 4 or 10 useful for if getting the Eurostar from Brussels. Staff helpful as was able to leave my bags in the left luggage room whilst sightseeing on last day and helped with directions to get to South-Midi station. Only complaints if you can call them that are, lack of kettle in room for making a tea or coffee (much needed after a long journey),decoration in room needs a refresh as paint work chipped and looks like it has seen better days same with corridors away from hotel lobby.
TTrilliThe hotel is lovely, an abode in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for anyone coming on business. However, Cardo Brussels could do better with their cleanliness for the tea and coffee items in the room and the bathroom.
CCharlieALL GOOD with excellent reception staff support. Fortunately, they advised me NOT to park my park in the streets around the corner of the hotel because foreigners's car happened to have their windows smashed. So I parked in the Hotel parking to secure my car. Looks like this neighborghood is not safe...

JJoelIf you're looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly stay in Brussels, Hotel Siru is your go-to! Nestled right next to the Rogier subway station, the location is a dream for both avid explorers and lazy travelers alike. Seriously, if it were any closer to the subway, it would be on the tracks!
The rooms are clean and cozy, nothing fancy, but hey, who needs a chandelier when you're just there to crash after a day of waffles and chocolate? The service? Top-notch. The staff are so attentive and friendly, you'd think they mistook you for royalty. They even helped us with directions, dining recommendations, and were quick with extra towels—no need to resort to using the hand towels like makeshift bath sheets.
Now, Brussels has a bit of a reputation for being... let's say, 'adventurous.' But don't fret! Despite the city's somewhat sketchy safety stats, we managed to dodge danger like pros. We weren't mugged or robbed—hooray for small victories! We did have a close encounter with a pickpocket, though. Some overly enthusiastic Maghrebi immigrant tried their luck on our first day, but they must have been new at the game. We walked away with all our belongings intact and a story to tell.
In conclusion, Hotel Siru is your knight in slightly faded armor, offering a safe, clean, and friendly haven amidst the bustling streets of Brussels. Book your stay, and may your pockets remain as full as your stomach after sampling Brussels' finest treats!

Great
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is very good; it's close to the train station, and the attractions are within walking distance. However, the downside is that it's on a street, so it remains noisy until the early morning. The sink counter has a design flaw, often making it wet. The breakfast is not very diverse.
SSophia AshleyThe location is great! You have a square in front which has many restaurants and bars. It’s near the central station and minutes walk to the city center. The room was big enough. The downside is that, we could’t find the AC. They only have electric fan.
GGuest UserSuperb location but service needs to improve as very difficult to get hold of reception at night times and have to go downstairs to look for them. Also, I tried to ask for slippers but it's not available.
GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.
