Rooms Apart Hotel Yerevan

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Armenia, Land of Eternal Flame Beneath the shadow of Ararat’s crest, Where eagles soar and spirits rest, A land of stories, old yet strong, Armenia sings its timeless song. Through valleys green and mountains high, Her churches pierce the cobalt sky. Each stone, a prayer, each peak, a psalm, A witness to her steadfast calm. The whispers of her ancient kings Resound in rivers’ gentle rings. Her wine-stained hills, her pomegranate trees, Hold secrets borne by autumn’s breeze. She cradles scars yet stands so proud, Her voice, a hymn, her heart unbowed. For though the tempest tried her soul, It could not break her gilded whole. Her alphabet, a sacred thread, Woven through the lives she's led. A tapestry of loss and grace, A testament to time’s embrace. Oh, Armenia, cradle of light, You rise again through endless night. Your spirit burns, an eternal flame, A beacon borne of your storied name. Let winds of hope through you still soar, For you are timeless, forevermore.

Choosing a hotel is always a tough task if you are a germaphobe. After researching dozens of hotels, I decided to book Dave Hotel Yerevan. Opened in 2021, the hotel still feels brand new–rooms and common areas are pristine, food is fresh, and staff is happy. In addition, Dave Hotel offers a variety of tours that are personally tailored according to your schedule, preferences and interests. A huge thank you to ****n who organized an amazing day-tour to Lake Sevan and Garni!! Enjoying panoramic views of gorgeous Armenia while riding a jet ski in Lake Sevan was one of the best travel experiences of my life! I also took an evening-tour in Yerevan. It was Tuesday, yet the city felt like Friday–very vibrant. Republic Square is an artwork, but the observatory is my personal favorite. Although I managed (with the help of ****n) to see a lot during my 30-hour trip in Yerevan, Armenia has so much more to offer. I can’t wait to come back!

We have never been treated so well in any hotel in the world. Service 10/10. Very respectful attitude, it's embarrassing. They offer to call a taxi, give you water for the road, if you go to a nearby restaurant and it's raining outside, they'll even give you an umbrella for the evening. Breakfast has everything you need. The only thing is that the mattress is not a double, but two singles, they move apart, but that's been the case in all hotels lately, so it doesn't matter.

The owner and staff were very kind. The hotel itself was great. However, the surrounding area was not so good. You have to be careful when walking on the roads near the hotel because cars drive at high speeds around corners with poor visibility. Also, there were some low-class people right next to the hotel who made fun of East Asians, which was very unpleasant.

The hotel itself is excellent. The staff is very friendly, always helpful. Everything inside is very beautifully decorated. Excellent rooms, everything is new. I liked the mattresses (they wrote in the reviews that they were hard). On the fourth floor there is a terrace from which you can see Ararat. The main disadvantage is the location. The hotel is a little far from the center. Although you can get to the center by taxi. It takes 5-10 minutes and costs 200 rubles. There is also a metro station nearby. There is a good store across the road. You will not find any decent cafes or restaurants nearby, you can only go to the center. Or eat in the hotel itself. There is nowhere to walk either. But such hotels in the center cost at least twice as much.

This was a very pleasant stay for my family. The apartment was large, with nice layout, plenty of light during day time, and clean. The service, staff, and their attentiveness were amazing. Very nice people, helped us with any small details and request we asked (printing documents, cleaning the apartment everyday, providing us water and anything else, etc), with kindness and openness. Breakfast was a rich selection of tasty food, made of fresh ingredients, and kitchen staff were promptly and continuously attending guests, cleaning tables, refilling dishes, etc., making every morning a lovely start. If I have the chance to visit again I will happily book this hotel apartment.

Located between 2 Metro Stations, accessible by walk from both. 24 hours running shops are easily found nearby. Room shape is a bit strange but it is very clean and comfortable, shower is strong enough and central heating system works well, bed is comfy, breakfast quality is superb and quite satisfactory, I liked the peach and apricot juice very much.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is located in the city center, within walking distance of Revolution Square, New Year's Fair. Also nearby are grocery stores and currency exchange offices. Very tasty breakfasts. Buffet, almost every day they tried to cook a variety of dishes. Home-style, soulful ❤️ You could also cook lunch in the kitchen or cook your own. The renovation in the room is a bit outdated, the walls were dirty in some places. There was an incomplete double bed, and 2 were pushed together with separate mattresses. But the rooms were always clean, towels and bed linen were changed on time. True, fresh towels smelled strongly of bleach. Honestly, for the sake of breakfasts we are ready to come back here again)

Everything was great. Very central location, the staff is helpful and speaks English (front desk), descent breakfast. The room is comfortable, just the walls are a little thin maybe.
