Big room but no portable heater. It was very cold in the bath room. The reception guy is so frirnd and helpful. He speak fair english and i love the husky dog which always stay next to him. The view from.the room is nice. Breakfast is limited but good taste.

I was given a room card at the time, but the door was open when I entered. The room did not have a lock or anti-theft chain, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. 3. The hygienic condition is average. There is still toothpaste on the washing cup. The friend's room next door even had the toothpaste used by the previous guest in a cup (not photographed). 4. The newly vacant room I lived in at that time did not have disposable slippers, and there was only one pair of sandals. If two people lived there, the other person would not be able to use them. As a hotel in a scenic spot, its operation is not likely to be affected by the off-peak and peak seasons, but as an accommodation industry, please better improve the hygiene and maintenance of inn facilities and equipment.

We visited the hotel and checked out the room before booking. The environment is really good, the room is clean and hygienic, and the facilities are complete. There is an elevator, floor heating, snow mountain spring water, and a terrace upstairs. The scenery is great, and the room also overlooks the mountain view. Although its price is slightly higher than some nearby hotels, it is worth the money, and it is not wrong to choose to stay at its place.

Nice place to stay, not far from the main road, the most difficult thing is to walk up to the 4th floor while you are staying more than 3 thousands meters above sea level. The owner provide great service. The hotel doesn’t have breakfast, but does the restaurant nearby. She also helps book a car back to Chengdu. people here are really friendly even you can’t speak Chinese.

There are some in the room, humidifiers, shared breathing apparatus, toiletries, the hotel's restaurant is also very rich, dinner and breakfast are available, eat hot pot on the night of arrival, 2+1 small, 3 people eat very full, the nearby environment is very good, parking is convenient, the performing arts center is diagonally opposite, It is also 200 meters away from Changpinggou Gate, very close, come back next time!

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. The floor heating in the room is very powerful, so you don't have to worry about the big temperature difference at night. The bath water is very large. The room has a floor-to-ceiling window! Facing a colorful forest! The yellow trees are particularly beautiful! The hotel is in a good location, clean, and you can get hot water yourself. There are restaurants and supermarkets on both sides. I especially want to commend the front desk lady Qingtian. I booked a business car back to Chengdu, but since I forgot about it, I asked the lady for help. Five minutes later, she helped me get another car, and it only took the two of us sisters! She also reminded me to pay attention to the driver not to rush. Then the driver was also super nice, stopping along the way to take pictures for us! I highly recommend the service attitude of Miss Qingtian!
