Despite some previous concerns I had due to a past hotel incident, after careful consideration, I still chose the Renaissance, and it turned out to be the right decision! I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you!
**Praises:**
I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, and the entire Front Office team gave an excellent overall impression. From the moment I entered, most of the staff seemed perceptive, professional, and courteous. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the female staff member who checked me in (the one with long, radiant-looking hair). Her tone was gentle, she returned my documents with both hands, and her communication was impeccably professional and polite, truly meeting 5-star hotel standards. The male staff member with glasses standing next to her was also very good; he seemed to be a new front desk agent and appeared genuinely sincere. The female staff member with glasses nearby also made a good impression, exuding a sophisticated demeanor.
This morning, I checked out and was assisted by the same female staff member who helped me yesterday. I could tell she is a person of genuinely high caliber!
Yesterday around noon, the door on the 2nd floor leading to the mall was broken. Initially, I thought I couldn't figure out how to open it and even tried swiping my room card. Later, I sought help from the greeter (with a slightly plump build) standing at the entrance of the Shanhai Tower Chinese Restaurant. She initially said it should open... but then proactively walked with us to the door, and indeed, it couldn't be opened! The fact that she accompanied us there was very kind and helpful, especially since it was quite a distance. Many thanks to her again!
Yesterday afternoon, I left the hotel around 2 PM, and this morning, I departed around 7 AM. The security guards at the entrance were all very pleasant and proactive in their service, even stepping forward to help close car doors. Thank you to them!
**Conclusion:** The Front Office is very well managed, exhibiting a rigorous work ethic. Most staff members are perceptive and professional. The entire team seems cohesive and free of internal politics.
**Drawback:**
The hotel staff's name tags are extremely small, making it impossible to read their names. :)
