"The hotel is very clean and comfortable, truly oppose the boarder gateway and railway station with a connecting underground shopping mall and many good eateries. Free washing facility and detergents were provided. I was greeted by two very nice, courteous and helpful staff from Mr Ye and Ms Panda Chen. Mr Ye was very friendly to give tips and advice on where to go in Zhu Hai whereas Ms Panda was very attentive to my stay in the hotel. Kudos to both of them, they truly have made my stay a memorable one. Eventually, I extended for one more night stay in the hotel."

"My recent stay here was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming; during check-in, they were warm and attentive, even offering a complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was more spacious and brighter than I had imagined. The bedding was impeccably clean and comfortable; you could immediately feel the high quality of the mattress and pillows. The bathroom facilities were brand new, featuring abundant and consistent hot water, along with a full set of quality toiletries. What truly impressed me was the excellent soundproofing – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or other rooms, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The hotel's buffet breakfast offered a wide and diverse selection, including both Western and Asian options, all prepared with fresh ingredients and tasting delicious. The restaurant environment was elegant and spotlessly clean, and the staff promptly refilled food and cleared tables. Although the gym wasn't huge, it was well-equipped. They also boast a 24-hour self-service laundry room, a truly thoughtful amenity for long-term guests. What touched me most was the check-out experience. The front desk proactively asked if I needed assistance with a taxi and even presented me with a small souvenir. Such meticulous attention to detail made me feel the stay was truly exceptional value for money. Overall, this hotel excels in both its facilities and service quality, offering outstanding value. The next time I'm in this city for business or leisure, I will undoubtedly choose to stay here again and enthusiastically recommend it to my friends and family. Room cleaning was incredibly timely; each day I returned to a spotless room, and even my casually placed clothes were neatly folded. "The lobby has Aircon! Some international brands have a multipurpose lobby with other commercial buildings and hotels and sometimes AC can be lacking in the lobby. This hotel has its own lobby.  There is a parking lot underneath the hotel.  Breakfast is included from 6pm to 10:30am. Many people took stuff away from breakfast for their pack lunch. Staff was nice and gave out boxes and utensils for people to take their packed lunch. The room is well appointed. AC is cold. No random smells of mould or sewage.  Comfortable bed with 4 pillows provided. Lounge seat also included. Can 3 family 2 parents plus one child in a standard room."

"I celebrated my birthday here in this lovely hotel. I’m so thrilled to receive a big & delicious complimentary birthday cake. The river view is excellent. The location is especially convenient. There’s local shopping mall just next door. There’s also a big shopping mall & monorail station 7-min walking distance away. The concierge service is warm & welcoming. Ken is very hospitable & knowledgeable. I’ll surely return to Hampton next time when I visit Zhuhai again. Highly recommended ❤️"

"This is already my second stay, because it was only newly opened in August 2025. All the facilities are very new. The front desk staff has a great service attitude! However, slightly check-in time can be improved a little faster would be much better, very like here to leave personal facilities are very good many different kinds of restaurants skewers Western food tea restaurant supermarket children's play facilities are available especially there is a famous place is very large even a lot of daily necessities enough can immediately go down to buy! And very close to Gongbei even to many places in Fuhuali very convenient! And this time can also be delayed for me, check-out at two in the afternoon is very good, however breakfast is slightly too little variety to choose from, but the place environment is very spacious and hygienic will stay next time"

"Considering I spent the entire day in Macau and just needed the hotel for a shower and sleep at night, I didn't give it much thought. I'd stayed at this brand near Guangzhou South Station before and had a good experience, so I chose it again based on brand loyalty. I arrived quite early. While one front desk staff was preparing to check me in with my ID, a colleague whispered something to her. They then informed me that no rooms were available yet. This left a bad impression; regardless of room availability, they should have just openly explained the situation. Also, the robot delivery service took a comparatively long time. When I finally got my room after 9 PM, I found the cleanliness to be only average. The duvet felt damp and sticky. As it was just for one night, I decided to just put up with it. Only one room key was provided, which was quite inconvenient."

"Excellent stay and great value! We stayed as a family of 4 in the tatami 2x double bed room. The room itself was spacious and super clean. The hotel provided great amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, vanity set etc and even Roberto Cavalli hand cream! The location was excellent. Right opposite the Opera House and around 20 minutes walk to the City Balcony. The gentleman at front desk was professional and helpful. He also helped with luggage. This hotel exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!"
