"We were crossing over to Macau early the next morning, and this hotel's proximity to the border crossing was incredibly convenient. From our room, we could see both Gongbei and Qingmao. The front desk service was excellent. Our group had three rooms, and even though we arrived at different times, they were able to pre-assign all our rooms on the same floor! The room amenities and small necessities were all well-stocked; you don't even need to bring a charging cable. 😀"

"First, about the room – it was actually quite good. They honored my request for a non-smoking room, and there was no smell, which is rare. My family is very sensitive to odors, so the hotel did a great job in this regard. However, the young man who showed me to the room was a bit unhelpful; when I asked him what type of room was next door, he told me to ask the front desk downstairs. A slight issue: as busy as it was (see picture), with so many people storing luggage, why couldn't they assign more staff? People storing luggage weren't queuing, and neither were those entering license plates, which completely overwhelmed the young man. I waited for a long time before I could even speak to him. Also, even though the hotel had called me before check-in and I specifically requested rooms on the same floor, at check-in they told me one of the rooms had been upgraded but wasn't on the same floor… What kind of operation is that? I clearly asked for the same floor because your hotel's key cards don't work on other floors, which isn't suitable for families who need to look after each other. I don't understand why they upgraded me but put us on two different floors, only to then move us back to the same floor. The girl who handled that didn't even smile; her mask was pulled down to her chin, and she looked exhausted. Honestly, if it's too much, just hire more people. As I was going up to the room, they even asked me for a five-star review. I originally didn't want to give it, but Oliva at the front desk helped me a great deal that day, so this five-star rating is for her, and she earned it for you."

"The room was very spacious and clean, and there was a pleasant scent when I walked in. It's super close to Fuhuali, about a 4-minute walk, and the New Yuanming Palace is only about a 15-minute walk away. Getting a taxi downstairs is also very convenient. Highly recommend!"

"Fumi River View Hotel Zhuhai Gongbei Port branch really exceeded my expectations, definitely a five-star review! The location is prime, a mere 5-minute walk directly to Gongbei Port, which saves so much time crossing over to Macau. It's also not far from Zhuhai Station, making it incredibly convenient for catching trains and getting around. The river view from the room was absolutely stunning. The room itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with a practical layout that felt spacious. The pressure-relieving mattress paired with high-blackout curtains ensured a wonderfully restful sleep. Amenities like the smart toilet, washing machine, and a massive 100-inch projection screen were all provided, fulfilling every possible need. The staff were warm and attentive, quick to respond to requests, showing meticulous care in every detail. The value for money is outstanding. Whether you're transiting or on a vacation, this place is perfectly suited. I'll definitely rebook on my next visit to Zhuhai!"

"Staying here means you never have to worry about food, drinks, or entertainment – it was truly an unforgettable experience! It's much newer than the Penguin and Circus Hotels, offering a great experience where I finally got a good night's sleep; the bedding was incredibly comfortable. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was drawn in by the adorable themed decorations and cozy atmosphere! The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, furnished to be both comfortable and exquisite, spotlessly clean, and with beautiful views. The Spaceship Food Court on the 1st floor is amazing, with a gigantic curved LED canopy creating a fantastic ambiance. It combines arcade games and dining, and guests have direct access just by going downstairs, making getting around super convenient. The hotel boasts 7 restaurants with tons of choices, and the 15 snack stalls in the Food Market let you sample cuisines from various regions, with an average spend of just a few tens of yuan for a satisfying meal. The Coral Restaurant offers a double delight for both sight and taste, allowing you to dine while watching live coral. The hotel also has a themed shop where you can buy toys, souvenirs, swimwear, and a convenience store, so you don't have to go far for snacks and daily necessities. In your free time, you can do face painting with the kids or take commemorative photos, and the lobby bar's afternoon tea is perfect for a relaxing break. Both foodies and families with kids will have a blast! The stay was fantastic, amenities were comprehensive, and the buffet was excellent, with every detail well thought out! "Our stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel was excellent. The shuttle bus service to and from the various parks was frequent, making travel arrangements flexible and convenient. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room layout was well-designed and spacious. The king-size bed was comfortably firm, and the children's bed came with safety rails, which was reassuring. The bathroom had a children's bathtub set and special toiletries for kids, thoughtful details that we appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, hot water supply was plentiful, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable, providing a smooth user experience. The dining options were extensive and consistently good. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, from delicious Chinese congee to Western pastries. The ingredients at the Sea View Restaurant for dinner were fresh, and the pricing was reasonable. The cartoon-shaped pastries and tableware specially prepared for children were a big hit with our kids. The hotel's recreational facilities were excellent. The Water World had a dedicated and fun children's area; the indoor heated pool provided a comfortable environment; the 24-hour dolphinarium, combined with scheduled educational talks, was both entertaining and educational; and the children's playground facilities were well-maintained. The service was very satisfying. The butler service was responsive and effective in helping us plan our itinerary and make reservations. Room cleaning was meticulous, and the staff were friendly. Overall, we were extremely satisfied!"

"Despite some previous concerns I had due to a past hotel incident, after careful consideration, I still chose the Renaissance, and it turned out to be the right decision! I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you! **Praises:** I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, and the entire Front Office team gave an excellent overall impression. From the moment I entered, most of the staff seemed perceptive, professional, and courteous. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the female staff member who checked me in (the one with long, radiant-looking hair). Her tone was gentle, she returned my documents with both hands, and her communication was impeccably professional and polite, truly meeting 5-star hotel standards. The male staff member with glasses standing next to her was also very good; he seemed to be a new front desk agent and appeared genuinely sincere. The female staff member with glasses nearby also made a good impression, exuding a sophisticated demeanor. This morning, I checked out and was assisted by the same female staff member who helped me yesterday. I could tell she is a person of genuinely high caliber! Yesterday around noon, the door on the 2nd floor leading to the mall was broken. Initially, I thought I couldn't figure out how to open it and even tried swiping my room card. Later, I sought help from the greeter (with a slightly plump build) standing at the entrance of the Shanhai Tower Chinese Restaurant. She initially said it should open... but then proactively walked with us to the door, and indeed, it couldn't be opened! The fact that she accompanied us there was very kind and helpful, especially since it was quite a distance. Many thanks to her again! Yesterday afternoon, I left the hotel around 2 PM, and this morning, I departed around 7 AM. The security guards at the entrance were all very pleasant and proactive in their service, even stepping forward to help close car doors. Thank you to them! **Conclusion:** The Front Office is very well managed, exhibiting a rigorous work ethic. Most staff members are perceptive and professional. The entire team seems cohesive and free of internal politics. **Drawback:** The hotel staff's name tags are extremely small, making it impossible to read their names. :) Overall, I'm very satisfied! "This hotel has a simple business style, and its facilities are quite comprehensive, including a washing machine, vending machines, and even a robot for food delivery. The staff are all very polite, and the front desk upgraded my room upon check-in. My stay this time was excellent, and I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance!"

"Hotel has seen better days, I didn't expect worn laminate flooring in a 4-star hotel. But the room was only a fraction of the Western prices of this chain, and the view was spectacular. Gongbei port for Macau is not really walking distance from here, but the taxi was easy to catch and really cheap. Breakfast was great, also had some continental selection."
