We stayed for one night (sun/mon) at zhuhai grand bay hotel. It was a wonderful experience. It is near the bridge so arriving from HK was fast and easy. SunnyKI was helping us to check in. We got a upgrade to a seaview which was great. She also spotted we would stay during the birthday of one of us and asked if we would like a cake. That was a very nice gesture and really above my expectation. She gave us her wechat contact and asked us in the evening when we would like the cake. At exactly the right minute another colleague brought the cake.. thank you Sunny and Team! Besides that the hotel location is very good, (before booking we were considering a few other international hotels but they seemed more in the city itself), and it turned out to be the case. room temperature and wifi and airquality is good, breakfast was good although not superb. They arranged a car to bring us back to the border. Overal a very nice stay with special thanks to staff and SunnykI

The reception staff was wonderful and very helpful with directions and places to visit. Great location to go visit Macao as the border is only 10 minute Didi ride away. Room was spacious and bathroom was phenomenal, big wide shower and bathtub. Definitely would stay there again.

Hotel is very nice. A bit isolated as there is not much restaurant and supermarket around. Nevertheless we had an issue with the breakfast payment: - One the first day our child paid the full price. Yes he looks quite tall for his age but he is still under the limit for child price. The staff did not bother to ask directly charged the full price. - On the second day we noticed the price and they change it without any issue (for that day only). During the checkout we mentioned the issue, asking to pay the child price for both day. But the staff actually did the opposite and we ended paying the full price for both day.

The hotel is situated near the harbour and is only 15mins to the ZhuHai to Hong bus port. Overall the hotel was nice but showing its age. The pool area had some damage and there were pot plants with the roots growing out of the bottom. Okay but the area looked a little shabby. The room was good. A great size. Good amenities. Most important clean and very tidy. The bed was very firm. But that is in keeping with a Chinese type of bed. The carpets were stained and could do with replacing. The decor in the hotel was spectacular. Full sized geodes, and other art work makes this hotel stand out. There were staff that spoke English and the other staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good with a range of food but did cater more to the local market. For foreigners looking for a traditional high end hotel this is good.

We stayed there for four days for a long weekend getaway. The experience was very relaxing. The hotel has mountain bikes, so we went out everyday riding bikes to nearby parks. We also enjoyed the daily wellness classes and the state of art gym. I even tried out some of the medical services that focus on prevention. The hotel must’ve spent a lot of efforts sourcing these machines and services. The location is far away from the city center. It was exactly what we liked for a remote relaxing get away. My favorite part is the restaurant. The chef is amazing, and can cook so many different kinds of local Chinese and western cuisines. If this is in HK, it would probably receive a Michelin star rating.

This time I booked a family room. I was very satisfied with the room. The balcony had a view of the sea, and the hotel service was very thoughtful. When I left the hotel, I was given a seasickness patch. There was a butler from the time I set off to the time I left the hotel. The concierge Feng Junhui was always online and answered questions quickly. The front desk staff was very polite and considerate. The hotel can share facilities with another hotel in Nansha Bay, and there is a bonfire party with a rich program.

It’s a beautiful hotel and in a good location which close to shopping mall and metro station by 10 minutes by walk. It’s cleaned hotel and the view was absolute beautiful which can see from Zhuhai side to Macau. Overall the staff were friendly but need to improve more about the services and English.

The room is clean and we sleep well at night. All staffs are polite and always helpful. Breakfast buffet provides all kind of food which are delicious. The restaurant is spacious. The most memorable is the swimming pool. The view is fantastic.

Stay period: May 12-13, 2025 Room type: 180 degree ocean view Number of guests: 8 people for 4 rooms in total Talking about the client experience during our stay, I would say it's amazing! From the moment when our cars arrived at the hotel until the point when we approached to the check-in counter, all the staff we met are so helpful and friendly. Whether it's the doorman or the front desk staff, they are all so helpful. In particular, I am very impressed by the front desk staff Ms. Sika Mok, who has been doing a great job in walking us through all the facilities' info availed during our check-in. All my other friends (8 guests in total) made the same compliment indeed about her professionalism. Secondly about the hotel design and its view, I would say it's absolutely stunning. Room is spacious, generally clean and bright with natural lighting. Just that if the hotel could provide harder pillows, that would be even better. 😅 Thirdly on the common places/facilities, we did try the indefinite (view) swimming pool and also the gym. Everything is great. But it would be even better if the Roof Top Bar could be opened soon. It's just a pity we couldn't enjoy it this time. As the hotel is newly renovated and reopened in this Jan, their management has been keen in taking guests' opinions for improvement. We were greeted by their CS Manager Mr Leo Z, who showed us a great sense of hospitality when hearing our feedback during our check-out process. Overall, we (the eight of us) had a great staying experience at your hotel and we look forward to paying our next visit soon in the near future. I definitely would recommend this hotel to my friends. 😊

During my stay, they took meticulous care of my itinerary arrangements, daily life, etc., making me feel as comfortable as if I were at home. Manager Willow Lin also demonstrated extraordinary leadership and a high degree of responsibility towards guests. He took the initiative to inquire about my stay experience several times, listened attentively to my feedback, and adjusted service details in a timely manner according to my needs to ensure that I could enjoy the highest quality service every moment during my stay at the hotel. His care and attention made me deeply feel the respect and care of your hotel for guests. Their excellent performance not only brought me an unforgettable stay experience but also gave me a deeper understanding and higher evaluation of the brand image of St.Regis Hotel Zhuhai. I believe that it is precisely because of outstanding employees like Jenna, Angela, and Manager Willow Lin that your hotel can stand out in the fierce market competition and win the trust and praise of numerous guests.
