We stayed for one night (sun/mon) at zhuhai grand bay hotel. It was a wonderful experience. It is near the bridge so arriving from HK was fast and easy. SunnyKI was helping us to check in. We got a upgrade to a seaview which was great. She also spotted we would stay during the birthday of one of us and asked if we would like a cake. That was a very nice gesture and really above my expectation. She gave us her wechat contact and asked us in the evening when we would like the cake. At exactly the right minute another colleague brought the cake.. thank you Sunny and Team! Besides that the hotel location is very good, (before booking we were considering a few other international hotels but they seemed more in the city itself), and it turned out to be the case. room temperature and wifi and airquality is good, breakfast was good although not superb. They arranged a car to bring us back to the border. Overal a very nice stay with special thanks to staff and SunnykI

The hotel is very good, bright new! It also very near to the port, full of convenience stores around. If your first time to go to Macao, but want to save some money. Definitely this is best place to stay. You can bring your family it is very nice and very easy to go for one day trip at Macau.

The reception staff was wonderful and very helpful with directions and places to visit. Great location to go visit Macao as the border is only 10 minute Didi ride away. Room was spacious and bathroom was phenomenal, big wide shower and bathtub. Definitely would stay there again.

Hotel is very nice. A bit isolated as there is not much restaurant and supermarket around. Nevertheless we had an issue with the breakfast payment: - One the first day our child paid the full price. Yes he looks quite tall for his age but he is still under the limit for child price. The staff did not bother to ask directly charged the full price. - On the second day we noticed the price and they change it without any issue (for that day only). During the checkout we mentioned the issue, asking to pay the child price for both day. But the staff actually did the opposite and we ended paying the full price for both day.

We stayed there for four days for a long weekend getaway. The experience was very relaxing. The hotel has mountain bikes, so we went out everyday riding bikes to nearby parks. We also enjoyed the daily wellness classes and the state of art gym. I even tried out some of the medical services that focus on prevention. The hotel must’ve spent a lot of efforts sourcing these machines and services. The location is far away from the city center. It was exactly what we liked for a remote relaxing get away. My favorite part is the restaurant. The chef is amazing, and can cook so many different kinds of local Chinese and western cuisines. If this is in HK, it would probably receive a Michelin star rating.

This time I booked a family room. I was very satisfied with the room. The balcony had a view of the sea, and the hotel service was very thoughtful. When I left the hotel, I was given a seasickness patch. There was a butler from the time I set off to the time I left the hotel. The concierge Feng Junhui was always online and answered questions quickly. The front desk staff was very polite and considerate. The hotel can share facilities with another hotel in Nansha Bay, and there is a bonfire party with a rich program.

Lovely stay at the CBD of ZhuHai. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Parking was available. The room was clean and comfortable. Evelyn was particularly helpful and friendly at the reception. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel enjoys an exceptional location, offering unparalleled sea views from the bed, and guests can enjoy the sunrise over the sea. The hotel enjoys easy access to amenities such as the Gongbei Port shopping mall and the tourist bus station, both of which are within a few minutes' walking distance. The hotel maintains high standards of hygiene and provides excellent service. I would have no hesitation in considering staying here again on my next visit to Zhuhai. However, it should be noted that the supply of fruit on the 35th floor, which is cleaned at 21:30, is not available in time to meet guest requests.

We had the best weekend getaway at Hyatt Regency in Zhuhai! It was our first time visiting this new location, and we chose the hotel because it seemed like the perfect option for family travel. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, the hotel had everything we needed for a great time. The activities and facilities for kids were incredible: a kids club, indoor playroom, outdoor playroom, indoor kids' pool, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Our children had a blast! The food was spectacular, with a range of flavors and high-quality dishes. Selina from the Food & Beverage team was a miracle worker for us. Her kindness and willingness to help made our experience above and beyond, especially with two little ones in tow. She resolved any issues we had and helped coordinate our meal times, navigating the language barrier like a pro. A huge shoutout to Selina and her team for making our dining experience so enjoyable! We also took advantage of the spa services. The spa is quite comfortable and spacious. I had a regular massage treatment, which was good. While I’ve had better massages, it was still relaxing. I specified that I wanted a full head, neck, and back massage, but due to the language barrier, it wasn’t fully understood. This is an area for improvement to ensure clients leave 100% satisfied. However, the pre- and post-service experience was impeccable. The Front Desk staff, especially Filbo, made our arrival smooth and welcoming. We received a room upgrade for both families and were greeted in a fantastic manner. After a long journey, especially with tired kids, it was a relief to have everything ready for us. Filbo extended a warm welcome on behalf of the hotel and made sure we had everything we needed, including special treats for the children. Since the weather wasn't great, we decided to visit Chimelong Ocean Kingdom to wrap up our trip. The hotel informed us about their shuttle service to Chimelong, which was great. They even extended our check-out time so we could get the kids cleaned up and ready for our journey home. Overall, our stay was spectacular! Every detail was thought out for families, ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of the kids. I would return to this hotel every time I visit Zhuhai and highly recommend it, especially for families traveling together!

It would be nice to provide spa service.  I hope the bar on the top floor can be opened as soon as possible. The swimming pool has a stunning view! Absolutely amazing, especially at night. Overall the hotel is excellent and I will certainly stay there again.
