Slightly run down. Nothing much within the shopping mall below, need to walk a bit to the mall next to this building. Perfect for group, easy to order online food (if you know how).

Apartment with split levels. Only smoking rooms are available and the room did not smell good.

Everything else was fine. I don't know why cockroaches ran onto the toilet lid the day I stayed there. I got scared when I went to the toilet and got up in the middle of the night to kill the cockroaches. Alas, I was too tired from the journey and didn't tell anyone at the time.
