The rooms are old and have no soundproofing. The shower room is tiny, has no partition, and smells unpleasant. There was even a police inspection at night. The front desk staff had no service awareness whatsoever; for an 'international hotel,' it's more like a guesthouse. The entrance was under renovation with no signs indicating where to check in. The sign for the mahjong room was even bigger than the hotel's name. The elevator was old and jerky, and I even got stuck in it between floors.

Building 2 appears to be a temporary building. Reception area facilities does not look very welcoming. Room is simple but neat. Value for money. Nearby has big mall for food. Staff is generally friendly. However the air-condition need cleaning, air quality is not good with heavy smoking smell.
