It’s full house and too many ppl at breakfast venue. We gave up the 2nd day breakfast as it’s too crowded. The conceigere mistakenly made our hotel access card for one night but actually we stayed for two nights. This gave us much inconvenience to go down and up for several rounds to fix the card… Robot helped to deliver take away which was so convenient!

I booked two rooms for one night through the platform and specifically requested high-floor, non-smoking rooms, emphasizing the importance of cleanliness. The hotel confirmed these requirements. As a first-time guest of your newly opened 2024 property under the Wyndham group, I expected better service quality. Arrival Experience: At 5 PM, the hotel entrance was crowded with people smoking, creating a negative first impression. The lobby lighting was dim, and staff appeared inexperienced, as if still in training. Check-in Issues: During check-in, the staff assigned one room on 7/F and another on 12/F, despite my explicit request for rooms on the same floor. When questioned, the staff provided unconvincing excuses about room availability and occupancy. This contradicts the confirmation sent via the booking platform. Unclear Voucher Usage: The booking included spa vouchers and free afternoon tea perks, but staff failed to explain how to use them. No guidance or written instructions were provided. Room Condition: While the rooms initially appeared acceptable, closer inspection revealed damaged facilities, inadequate cleaning (see attached photos), and a lack of maintenance oversight. Notably, a non-smoking room contained an ashtray on the desk—either a contradictory oversight or a misplaced "art piece." Parking Area Problem: The B2 parking lobby reeked of urine when we returned at 10 PM. While it is unclear if the hotel is responsible, this issue significantly impacts the experience for self-driving guests. Conclusion: As a group of four guests, we found the hotel’s overall performance mediocre. Despite reasonable pricing, the lack of attention to basic service standards, staff training, and facility maintenance makes it difficult to recommend. We hope the management will address these issues promptly.

I stopped by this hotel during my self-driving tour. The specialty restaurant recommended by the front desk lady was amazing! The hotel also has a breakfast restaurant, which is a buffet with many varieties. The front desk service is also very good, very good. The hotel room facilities are new, the bedding is soft, the parking lot is super large and free, I will stay here next time! Give a thumbs up to the service [strong]

The room and service are very nice. The lady in the room is very considerate. Seeing that we brought children, she upgraded the non-smoking floor and gave us a luggage bag for easy travel. The concierge was considerate ❤️ and helped with the luggage as soon as we got off the car. I really like staying in Wyndham hotels.

First of all, the room is very spacious and very friendly to girls with a lot of things. The same price is only about 25 square meters. I am really very happy. Secondly, the service is also good. From check-in to check-out, everyone is very considerate and gave breakfast coupons. The breakfast is also very delicious. There are many kinds but they are not perfunctory. Each one is the taste of home. The waiter sister sends fruits and desserts every day, and helps with luggage. Good reviews! Because of this hotel, there is another reason to want to travel to Zhuhai again. I already love Zhuhai very much. It is a tourist destination I have been to countless times. The salmon in the market opposite is also delicious, recommended! By the way, the location of this hotel is also very convenient. There are many delicious foods in Xiawan. I used to live in Gongbei or Jida and Qinglu Road. I recommend this hotel! I love it so much. If it weren’t for something, I would have stayed for seven days before coming back! I also want to praise the airport delivery service. I called you in advance to confirm the time and wait at the hotel entrance. It is a very comfortable business car, very clean and new. The staff is also very polite and helped with the luggage. It happened that there was a 9-10 level gale forecast on the day I went home. I really didn’t know what to do alone. Fortunately, there were hotel staff to send me to the airport. It was really heartwarming~ I came to play in four months and still live here!
