The room was claen. The service of hotel was quickly. Check in was smoothly.

Our hotel room (loft) was average, spacious and the beds are comfortable. We asked the staff to mop the floor when arrived as it was quite dusty because of the renovations outside the hotel (see picture). The hotel was surrounded by many work in progress constructions, quite messy and noisy. Overall if you don’t mind that, it is a decent hotel to stay.

Reasonable, but the hostel windows are not that safe for travelers who with younger kids. Because the windows lock not that secure Overall are acceptable.

I paid a room which I didn't get because they didn't allow me to check-in due to unnecessary policy for foreign tourists. This is only one of my reasons why I made this review. It really made me so disappointed!

Nobody can locate the so call hotel unless some occupant can provide guidance. No sign board, no indications. It is a showflat rented out on short lease. No facilties.

When checking in, the young man had a dark face and didn't smile at all. He also threw his ID card back on the counter. He was already in a bad mood, and the bed sheets were dirty. What good mood I had after watching the air show was ruined by this hotel! I took a video and photos and went downstairs to talk to the young man. He didn't smile at all. He didn't even say the most basic hotel terms: I'm sorry to give you a bad stay experience and I'm sorry. I asked them to give me a discount, but they just said a few perfunctory words without any sincerity to improve! ! ! ! They said that the hotel's check-out time is 12 o'clock, but now they help us delay the check-out to 2 o'clock! I really thought that others had never stayed in a hotel before, and didn't know that other hotels can check out at 2 pm. I had a good impression of Zhuhai, a tourist city, because this hotel is discounted! ! ! ! When I left, I asked the lady at the front desk: I asked them how to solve it, and they actually told us to find the supervisor. Then I said how to find the supervisor? The other party actually asked you to write down the manager's phone number instead of writing down the customer's phone number and asking the manager to call the customer. This is simply a condescending attitude. Speechless!!!

This B&B is really great! The facilities are first-class, and the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, which makes me feel warm. Every corner is neat and orderly, which makes people feel happy. There are also tents and rocking horses that children like in the room. My little baby has a lot of fun playing. The B&B is in a great location, about 8 minutes by car from Chimelong. There is also a food street, which is very convenient for eating and taking out. The decoration in the room is warm and comfortable. In short, I am very satisfied with this B&B. I will come to Hesheli B&B next time I come to play [Hey Ha]

Poor hygiene The key card requires a button to open the door, but the front desk didn't explain it first. If you can't open the door, you have to go downstairs and find the front desk. It feels very troublesome. It is inconvenient to only have one USB plug There's no place to go shopping nearby, and it's not convenient to find food.

The room is clean and tidy, equipped with a projector, which creates a great atmosphere for watching movies with the lights off. It is also close to Gongbei Port, making it very convenient to go to Macau and Hong Kong.

The service was great, opened the door and asked the hallway cleaning sister to help tune the water heater, trot over to get it done, and kept saying sorry, when checking out this morning, every cleaning sister was very polite to say slow down, goodbye, felt very comfortable! The decor is very new and clean! Will come again next time!

The house price is very cheap, the cost performance is very good, the location is very close to Gongbei Port, the taxi starting price is low, the surrounding supporting facilities are also very good, the most important thing is that it is new, the bed is super big and very soft
