The hotel is not new, but the room was clean and some colonial styling makes this not new at all unnoticeable. The rooms are not very large, rather for single travelers or for a short stay, one night. Good job by the staff.

Very exaggerated experience, because the plane was late, I arrived at the store after 3:00 in the morning, and then the hotel said that Ctrip did not make the payment successfully, and asked me to pay again. It was too late, and I was too lazy to say the payment. One bottle of drink, two bottles charged me 2.65 knives, the operation of the hotel is completely incomprehensible, will not come again

I stayed for about six days, and the more I lived, the worse I felt

it was my first trip to Sri Lanka, I chose a place I thought had a good location. The hotel had a pool, the rooms were truly beautiful, and every detail—especially the spacious bathroom—was just perfect. It was such a cute hotel, and I was very satisfied. Although there was a bit of trouble along the way, they made sure to follow up thoroughly until the end. I was especially impressed by a young and charming staff member named Masfah, who took care of us until the very last moment to make sure we had no problems. There were also spas, delicious restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, so I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

Lovely room and facilities, the hotel is very good and well placed at cinnamin garden. Many thx and warm welcom to vihan sanjith mohomada The hotel is not far from the aeroport (50min) And not far from a lots of shopping centers. I highly recommanded it.

Fantastic friendly staff, very attentive. The exterior looks a little old and tired and it’s right on the main drag meaning it’s quite noisy but once you get inside it’s calm and refreshing and it’s a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The pleasant pool and breakfast areas are in a lovely calming area surrounded by trees and is a lovely little oasis. There is a very good selection of both western and local foods for breakfast and the staff go out of their way to be helpful and genuinely welcoming to make it a pleasant experience. There is a spa and gym as well as a spa retreat. All up a lovely couple of days spent in this hotel.

The staff was very accommodating when we checked-in late and the hotel even upgraded our room to a superior. The food was fabulous . Highly recommend this place to all travellers and locals. The pool area is a great place to chill. Would definitely return back.

It’s very comfortable hotel, with nice swimming pool and good restaurant with extremely tasty pizza. We really enjoyed our stay there. Location is perfect, closed to the main city center and easily reachable by vehicles. Stuff is always smiling and helpful, especially in the restaurant and on reception, Misfah and Udakshie.

I booked a tour package through my travel agency and trusted them with picking the hotels for my trip, and wow—what a lovely surprise this place turned out to be! It checked all my boxes: great wifi (yep, I even streamed Netflix with no issues), super clean, a spacious room with AC and hot showers that worked perfectly. Even though it’s located within the city, the moment you step inside, it’s like a peaceful retreat—no traffic noise at all! The staff? Incredible. They were so nice and attentive the entire time, making the stay even more enjoyable. And the food was good! Don’t expect 5-star gourmet meals, but for the price, it was definitely great value. I even treated myself to a cocktail . The best part? The pool! I wasn’t expecting it, but I ended up having both dinner and breakfast by the pool, and it was such a pleasant experience. My only tiny suggestion is maybe adding one more lightbulb in the bathroom. But really, everything else was perfect. I’m giving it a 4.9/5!

As an apprehensive traveller on arrival I just wasn’t sure about this hotel. However, as soon as we were greeted by Sharosh all my fears disappeared. He was so welcoming, attentive and his customer service was just great. I am type 1 diabetic and needed to make sure my medication was kept safe and chilled. He totally looked after me, which made me immediately relax so I could enjoy the start of my three week trip to Sri Lanka. This first experience gave me a great start to this adventure. Thank you Sharosh. Then the room. OMG, stunning! Had the biggest bath in the world. Just to note, make sure you wear mosquito spray (like anywhere in Sri Lanka) the enjoyed breakfast on my legs that morning - my fault for not wearing any!
