A nice new hotel with big comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Hardly anybody speaks English which is not a very big deal these days. Shopping mall with varIous restaurants next door. In the hotel they advertise, you have a free sauna pass, but the sauna is not operational :-) Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay here for one whole week.

This stay was beyond my expectations! As soon as I entered the hotel, the fragrance was elegant and pleasant. Xiao Guo, the front desk staff, smiled and checked me in quickly. He also kindly informed me of the gym, breakfast time and other information. The room is spacious and bright, with a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window with an excellent view, overlooking the city night view. This year I took my elderly family there. Overall it was good. I go to Putuo every year. The hotel food is also good and suitable for the general public. There is a bus stop right outside. It is super fast to go to Puji Temple, Nanhai Guanyin Temple and Fayu Temple. It is so easy to visit Buddha! It is simply the best place! The hotel room facilities are retro and warm. The bedding is so comfortable that you don’t want to get up. The sleep-aiding sandalwood is available on demand. I slept soundly at night~ There is lush greenery outside the window. When you open the window, you can see the full scenery. It is really healing! Dining experience (Breakfast is so rich, handmade wontons and handmade noodles are amazing! For dinner, I recommend the villa's seafood buffet! It's so delicious that you can't stop eating. The front desk waiter Xiao Guo is enthusiastic and considerate. He provides full service and answers all questions! ! ! The room is relatively small. I accidentally booked a room without a window. I found out that it was on the underground first floor. I had to carry my luggage downstairs by myself. Although there was a skylight in the lobby on the underground first floor, the room was stuffy. The hygiene was actually good, but it was easy to lack oxygen due to lack of ventilation. In addition, the hotel does not provide disposable toiletries, which must be brought by yourself. I don’t know if the rooms upstairs are the same. The most worthy of praise is that the hotel’s bus can be taken to the pier. After getting on the ferry, you can contact the hotel directly. There are many shuttle buses from various hotels at the ticket window of the pier. You can find the bus of Putuoshan Hotel. You don’t have to wait until it is full before leaving. If you want to go to the pier, just tell the front desk and get on the bus at the door and go directly. If there are many people going out, wait for a while.

Lotus Pond Moonlight Hotel meets all my requirements. The boss and the boss lady are very tasteful. The decoration of the hotel is absolutely attentive and full of details. There are even laundry detergent and conditioner. The room is equipped with free mineral water! The boss is very nice. He answers all questions and explains patiently.
