Good New

The front desk and restaurant attendants were very welcoming and the price actually included breakfast, which was a really good deal.

The hotel is very grand, a stand-alone building with a classy facade and a high lobby. It was very suitable as a travelling.

The room is still very spacious and the hygiene is very good. There is no dust on the table. The bar has the hotel's own tea bags and mineral water. Overall, it is relatively good. The hotel facilities are very new.

The hotel's facilities are very complete. The laundry room is also equipped with a garment steamer, which is really convenient. There is also a fully automatic coffee machine for breakfast. The beans should be medium-dark roasted. Overall, it is okay. I will come again next time.

Poor hygiene, even the lighter on the sofa was left with my hair. The environment is poor, it's remote and inconvenient, and the parking lot is also inconvenient. They are all private parking spaces, and I don't dare to park indiscriminately. It takes a long time to find them in such a mess. The lobby is rustic and suitable for the elderly. Poor service, no smiles at all, and even asked me for a good review, and I get angry when I mention it The facilities are poor. When you open the toilet door, you will hit the toilet. The space is very small and depressing. The decoration of the room smells very strong. How many people would have to die to inhale all the formaldehyde? The breakfast was poor, there wasn't much to eat, and having a garbage truck put there was off-putting.

這間酒店對我來說十分有驚喜，之前去開珠海住酒店選擇大概$300的酒店質素也很好。今次在中山性價比高，二百多元一晚，質素簡直是非常超乎我的想像。房間衛生100分，很乾淨，床褥很舒適，床舖枕袋有清洗過的香味道，入睡得很舒適，床單被鋪很乾爽，很乾淨！很讚！唯一缺點是房間隔音不太好，走廊有人行過說話會聽到的。

維也納竟然沒有設無煙房。雖然提前也聯繫了 去到有味道的房也更換了房間 但換的這個等準確去洗澡的時候發現地上怎麼有一層油油 這是打掃問題吧 包括廁所裏面也是，就看到是新的過來住。不過事前聯繫時前台服務好 耐心回答和處理，比其他酒店好很多。

出行的時候是復活節假期，最愛維也納連鎖酒店，環境設施齊備，衞生整潔，早餐品種多，中央空調非常涼爽，服務人員熱情有禮貌，滿意！

今次不愉快体驗，11樓的1111室，那個水吧枱的電泡燈是壞的，不能夠熄滅，整晚都是着是不着，唉，整晚都睡得非常不好

服務員親切有禮貌 房間乾淨理想 先進電子操控窗簾 掛衣位置空間非常足夠 。會推薦家人朋友，我也會再入住。 大讚。

房間清潔，服務態度好，早餐可以，位置遠離shopping mall行走幾20分鐘。
