Spa Hotels in Zhengzhou

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel with it's friendly staff and excellent service. Although the hotel location is not the best, a bit far from the main city attractions, but there is a metro nearby if you need to get to the both of the city railway stations or even to the airport. This hotel would be good for stopover or business travellers wishing to enjoy the fast service, absence of noisy crowds, good cuisine, or simply to rest after the flight.

Location is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice. Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks. Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice . Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

The hotel lobby is located on the 38th floor and the hotel staffs are accommodating. The food is okay, I like the pork sausage best. It is very accessible to almost everything. It would have been better if they install bidets .☺️

I'm there for business and it is close to the location of my visits. The hotel is grand and the location is near to many food stalls which is convenient to me. The hotel also has its pool and spa services. The breakfast is okay serving some local cuisines which is changed daily during my course of 5 days stay. The breakfast opens from 7 to 9.30am which is quite odd, I hope the opening hours are stretch longer. The room is clean with serving of fruits and snacks daily which is very much appreciated. However, the downside is that many people do smoke inside the hotel. I could easily smell cigarettes in the bathroom and toilet at the ventilation. Another part which I am not quite comfortable during the night is that the air conditioning wasn't adjustable which makes the room very hot without proper ventilation. Other than that, the stay is comfortable. It will be perfect if the upper part can be improved to meet international standards.

The hotel is in a great location, I was able to get some delicious food and coffee near by. Cassie who helped me check-in was very helpful seeing how it was my first day in Zhengzhou. The breakfast had a variety of options that were very delicious, and of course I'm always happy with good coffee. I'll likely stay again in the future.

It is about 200-300 meters away from the subway station and not far from Zhengzhou East Railway Station, making it convenient to travel. The hotel environment is very good, located in Jingkai Plaza, and the internal environment is also good. Recommended. In addition, they have recently introduced late night snacks, which is very convenient. The front desk service attitude is very good!

The front desk service was very welcoming and the problem was solved quickly. The room was very clean, the mattress was soft and comfortable, the surrounding environment was clean, and the family of three was very satisfied!

Overall not bad, there are many hot spring pools, the types are repeated, health and beauty have bath towels and bathrobes are very hygienic, disinfected in time. There are many varieties of breakfast buffet. The lotus pickling a la carte tastes good and the meal is fast. There are also many hot spring leisure area projects. There are park kayaking grass-skiing archery tickets, all experienced, and the handmade coupons sent are also good. Upstairs in the cafe, there are cinemas and bookstores, and the supermarket can also meet the needs of life. I plan to play in a month, and the flowers will also bloom, and the scenery will be better.

Overall, this stay was very satisfactory; I originally lived with the attitude of giving it a try, and the result was completely beyond expectations. This is a newly opened hotel. In the naked garden resort, I heard from the staff that Suxinyuan Xiaozhu and naked garden resort are operated by a management team, and the supporting services enjoyed by customers staying in the villa are the same. This may be the reason why I feel that the price is high! The mountain is very quiet in winter, the weather is good, it is very good to play, suitable for leisure and vacation. I ordered tea in the stove, more than 100 yuan, the portion is sufficient, I took it away without eating 😂, I feel very worthwhile, I will come to play next time.
