GGuest UserWe are a couple from Sweden that has been backpacking around the world for two years and we usually travel a lot.
The stay was very nice!
Very comfy bed with great duna and linen. The shower was awesome! And the room is beautiful. The breakfast room/reception is nice to relax at and there is also a living room when you enter the building were you can relax as well.
Try to get a room on a higher floor and you get some mountain views.
The owners are lovely and the husband is a somilier and gave us a glass of wine for free when we ordered dinner. You really need to try their food! It was really nice and so was the breakfast. We had dinner twice when we were there, try the sizzling beef and mushrooms.
The staff is really nice and helpful especially the owners brother that helped us a lot with everything! We will for sure stay here again when we visit Dengfeng. We did some really long hikes around Dengfeng and it is really worth it.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Complete and complete, good air conditioning and refrigeration. There are radiators on the wall, which should work if you come in winter. Breakfast is on the sixth floor, with spicy soup.
Hygiene: The bathroom is clean and there are floor mats for showering. The sink is also very neat.
Environment: Located between Renmin Road Station and Erqi Square Station, it is convenient to travel and there are many shared bicycles. There are several restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a small park next to it.
Service: The room aunt was very enthusiastic. She met us when we left on the first day and helped us clean and provide slippers and water.

LLeighBeJamminThe room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

GGuest UserVery conveniently located two minutes drive from Zhengzhou Xinzheng airport, with a free shuttle service to the terminal. The front desk staff are very friendly, caring and polite, and they complete the registration formalities for foreign guests quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is nicely decorated and well looked after. A good option if you have an early or late flight from the airport, but also a good base if you want to visit Henan for a few days, as Xinzheng has excellent links to the rest of the province.

Highly recommended if you're going to travel to Zhengzhou and looking for a place to stay. Room rates are affordable yet room amenities are superb 👌 friendly and accommodating staffs from front desk, hskp, restaurant and driver 👌
What I didn't expect?
1. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees
2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free
3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm)
4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China)
5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations
6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit )
7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more....
I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today.
I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌

Hygiene: Very clean, not inferior to star hotels. The mattress in the room is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Will come again next time.
Facilities: Everything is available, including disposable supplies. Environment: The location is better. The room I stayed in can see Shuanghe Lake and the musical fountain in summer.

GGuest UserSharing an apartment building with MGM and other hotels is simple and easy to pay for one night, but you can still get pick-up and drop-off at East Station. The service is great, but there are still some areas that need improvement. For example: 1. Towels only have bath towels, which is not convenient for wiping your face and hands. 2. I understand the label equipped with a kitchen. It must be a simple small kitchen that does not actually have any heating or cooking equipment. It only has a small exhaust fan and a sink. All kitchen cabinets are closed. 3 The sound insulation is poor. The door next door slams shut. It’s past twelve o’clock upstairs and it’s the same as moving. There is a stool and table, but this kind of apartment-style living is relatively complicated, which is understandable. 4 I don’t know what the material of the bed is. It is very stuffy. I am cold and afraid of the cold. I always turn over and over, always wanting to get some air. 5 The service of the front desk girl needs to be improved. Exaggerated It feels bad to chew gum and have a conversation. I forgot my little thing and took the initiative to call. Thank you very much because I need to transfer to another city. It said collect payment and no one at home accepted the payment. But the front desk said it can only pay on a downwind basis. I can understand that it is always because I missed something. But my family received the express delivery in an oversized box with nothing in it. I don’t understand why they chose such a big box. It’s not the front desk that paid for it anyway, right?

TtonyluengFacilities: There are not many experiences for one night, it looks quite complete, but the underground parking lot is not open on snowy days. The situation of water not heating mentioned in the previous comment exists, but it will be very hot after about 1 and a half minutes. Or don't choose too high floors should avoid this problem.
Hygiene: Old-fashioned hotel, health is still in place.
Environment: Not far from Songling Park, not far from Gongyi Grottoes.
Service: There is still a lot of room for improvement. Although the front desk is very good for some people to comment on, the blunt mechanical tone is not very good. If the breakfast department gallery service staff is more friendly, it may be better to use the words ”please” and ”thank you”.
P.S. Breakfast is not many varieties, the taste is not satisfactory.
