Specially we being non mandarine speaking travellers, the staff helped a lot and make sure all arrangements are convince for us. The hotel location is within walking distance of the Zhengzhou East Railway Station. The staff was very attentive and understanding. They spoke English to the level that my questions and concern were answered. The hallways and room were very clean as well as the outside. The breakfast and dinner buffet-style food was excellent for both locals and foreigners. I definitely will consider staying at this hotel for the price, location, and excellent service.
