The room environment is okay, a regular five-star hotel. The traffic situation is average, it is far away from the ancient city, there is nothing on the anniversary, and the basement is a bit uncomfortable. Accessories: The brand of snacks provided by the hotel is a bit low...the quality of the towels is also not good; Breakfast: The variety is very monotonous and the quality is not good Overall, Wyndham is downgraded in my opinion.

We got a free upgrade as we are visiting during the lull period. The nice room is nicely equipped, nicely maintained, and has a large balcony looking out at the river. Both the day and night views are amazing. Special shout out to Whitney Huang who took very good care of us at breakfast. We got free entrance to the onsen area as part of the hotel stay - which was amazing.

It was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill. The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room. As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

The elegant room we stayed in felt a bit old. But it was right in the hot spring garden, so it was convenient to take a hot spring bath. The hot spring was clean and the water was changed every day. The service attitude was perfect, especially the waiter Lin Donghua in the hot spring garden. Seeing that we were here for the first time, she introduced us in detail and helped us pour water and get towels. It was great.

The hotel service is super good. The concierge helps carry the luggage to the room when getting on and off the car. You don't have to go downstairs to order takeout. Just call the front desk to help deliver it. It is responsive and responsive. Thumbs up. An old star hotel. It is very clean except for the old facilities. It is located in the city center. The shacha noodles and five-spice rolls are local specialties. You can try them. Recommended.

The location of this hotel is very good. It is at the junction of the old and new cities. If you want to visit Zhangzhou Ancient City, you can walk seven or eight minutes from the hotel. The hotel lobby is high-end and atmospheric. When you arrive at the hotel, the staff at the door will take the initiative to help you carry your luggage. You should give it a thumbs up👍. Six elevators can quickly reach the room. The room layout is reasonable. There is a good bathtub. The bedding is comfortable. There are many varieties of breakfast and the taste is good😌.

A very good hot spring meditation hotel. The air is very fresh in the morning when I come here. It is very comfortable to take a walk in the park. I feel the charm of nature. It is beautiful to take any pictures. There is a free experience here. The children's hall, gym, and library are all very good. The hotel is very close to the Tulou, and there are free tours of the Tulou. The included dinner is delicious, and the wine selection is super tasteful. The room is fully equipped and the bedding is very comfortable, but the overall hard decoration and bathroom can only be said to be ordinary, probably because of the renovation and preservation of the original traces. The butler service is considerate and in place.
