I drove all the way from Shanghai and traveled south along the coast of Zhejiang and Fujian provinces. I stayed in different types including luxury chain hotels, ordinary hotels, B&Bs, etc. This courtyard hotel is by far the most comfortable and satisfactory hotel. It is located in the park and the room is very large. The decoration is nice and new, the bed pillows are very comfortable, and the window opens to the courtyard. The garden is beautifully manicured and beautiful. What impressed me most was the breakfast, which was rich in variety and delicious, especially the seafood noodles, which is simply the ceiling of the hotel breakfast industry. Will definitely stay again next time I visit Zhangzhou

The guy with glasses at the front desk spoke softly and was very nice. He was very considerate and reminded me of the breakfast options. He also took the initiative to remind me that there were welcome fruits in the room. Since I checked in late, the guy took the initiative to explain that the chef had gone off work and asked about the time period for the next day. The whole process made me feel valued and cared for, and the experience was good.

It is really in the mountains, the air is very fresh, it is cooler than the city, and it is very comfortable to take a walk in the evening. The room was clean and the service was very warm. 環境：店裡房間寬暢明亮，上下樓有電梯助力，對長者、小孩都非常友好！
服務：入住時間過了半夜零點，老闆一直關照慢慢開車，不用着急，等着我們。早餐是老闆家裡人做的麪條或粥，味道鮮美。老闆推薦了正餐在外面吃海鮮的地方，價錢公道。晚上跟着老闆去沙灘趕海，抓到不少螃蟹，都是老闆發現了我們再抓的，還沒過夠癮。走時按着高鐵的時間晚了些走，老闆看了不影響後續客人入住，十分大方地答應了。
再湊個假期吧，相信還會再來步厝的！

The boss is really nice! When we got off at the wrong station and got lost, a special car came to pick us up. When we were leaving, they used a battery car to take us to the station because they were worried that we wouldn't know the road.
The B&B also has special clips for catching the sea, and you can rent electric bikes for easy riding everywhere. I picked up a lot of oysters, but no crabsﾍ(;´Д｀ﾍ)

The best place to watch the sunrise on Dongshan Island's net red mirror beach (seafood stalls and snack streets everywhere), and it takes ten minutes to ride the Nanyu Lighthouse in Nanling Bay.
Room: The old house is remodeled while retaining the simple atmosphere of the house, especially this tile roof, which unconsciously relaxes. At night, lie on your own terrace chair to watch the starry sky, breathe with 100 points of oxygen 👍👍👍
Every detail of the house is very careful, there are commonly used slippers and disposable slippers, there is a desk, and free hanging ear coffee, mineral water and tea. BB.tayThis place is a gem! Located in Taxia village, rooms are above a wine brewery. It is very clean, comfortable & cosy, equipped with heater (it’s winter) brightly lit if you’re looking to stay at the hakka village. The village itself is very beautiful both during the day and night. The owner is kind and polite who waited for us despite a very late check-in. We had a taste of her Chinese wine after dinner and they were all very good! I especially liked the plum and white wine. Bought them and they were packed nicely to withstand air travels. Highly recommended place to stay, a nice experience staying here! Wished we had more time. For breakfast you can go to the restaurant opposite which served very nice dishes. The villagers are very friendly too!

Very pretty, clean, modern interior and nice smelling room. Fruits, drinks and yoghurt are complimentary in every room. Within the room, it is spacious! They even offer us washing machine (equipped with detergent) in every room so we may wash our laundry. Exterior has been nicely designed too. Love the deco around the common area like the reading corner, tea table.
Breakfast is quite good though it’s the same for both days we were there. Manager nicely upgraded one of our room as it was off peak season. Found out they have another branch in Yun Shi Yao. Perhaps can consider staying there and this for 2 different nights to experience different locations with hopefully similar level of standards.

The surrounding environment of the homestay is very good. I like nature here is a paradise. You can run around this resort in the morning or take a walk in the sunset. The air is excellent. We booked a family suite. A group of five large and one small people lived in a whole floor of three rooms. The bottom floor was a public living room. The kitchen table KTV had everything. I preferred a small lawn outside. There was also a hammock specially made by the owner. It is said that it is also available in the outdoor bbq. Unfortunately, this time is in a hurry, no stay is too long, friends reunion or company team building are also good choices!

XXiaoxiaodou～🏨The B&B is a large farmhouse. It has three stores in Yunshuiyao. It is relatively strong. The Yunshuichan we stayed in is a two-story building. However, because there are not many people living there, the store upgraded the first floor of Xijentang with a courtyard. The room is large, clean and well-equipped. There is a parasol in the yard. You can sit in the yard to drink tea and play cards, but barbecues are not allowed.
🙋The waiter added WeChat in advance, and the service was warm and thoughtful. He informed us of the route. When he arrived at the entrance of the folk custom, he took the initiative to greet us, guide us in parking and help carry our luggage.
💰The price is slightly more expensive than most B&Bs in Yunshuiyao, but the environment, hardware facilities and courtyards are also of a higher grade, which is a high-quality experience. Secondly, we upgraded the room type during the off-season~ so it’s still good~

The location is pretty good ~

GGuest UserWhat an amazing experience to live in the “chopsticks” buildings of the four dishes and one soup! This was a small and beautiful village and the family who ran the inn helped us carry our luggage up to the inn and later down to the inn. When we arrived they cooked a dinner which was reasonable in price based on a local menu. And then during dinner, they told us that one of the family members will be running a free tour of the Tulous of four dishes one soup for us in which they explained the history of the building of the tulous, especially the oval shaped tulou. Our guide was very funny with his stories (he spoke in Chinese) and it was a lovely time seeing the artists and candy makers in the Tulous. I would highly recommend this place. We did have to bring our own towels (or at least we brought our own and they didn’t supply one), so maybe best to check.

The bed was very comfortable and the owner and his wife were very friendly. Breakfast was tasty traditional Congi with pickled veg, eggs, salty nuts and steamed buns. The location was amazing, it’s right on the river so all your hear is the lovely river! It’s right on the path that leads you to all the major sights in the Yunshuiyao Scenic Area and close and nice walk to each Tulou from here with gorgeous Banyan trees!!! The balcony was really nice to sit and enjoy dinner with incredible views of the river and surrounding Tulous. We had delicious lunch and dinner here. Would recommend pre-booking a driver, as transportation to the train from here is a little tricky if you are not self-driving. Very good price too! Would recommend this gem!
