Very good hotel. The hotel is very attentive. The color of the hotel is very high-end. The hotel bedding is very new and clean. Thank you to the beautiful ladies at the front desk for their enthusiastic service, which gave us the best impression of the hotel. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station. It only costs ¥5.50 to take a taxi. If you join a team or charter a car, it is within the route of door-to-door pick-up, which is very convenient. There are many restaurants and snack bars around, as well as supermarkets. The fruits in the supermarket are especially fresh. You can definitely choose this store when you come to Zhangye for tourism. Thank you for your service.

It should be that the previous hotel did not open, the new boss took over, changed the name, the whole is a bit busy, the waiter wants to work hard to do a good job of service. The biggest problem is the breakfast problem. At 8:40, there is nothing left. I can go out to find food on the street.

The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy, the rooms are warm and spacious, the hotel is in a great location, the housekeeping staff are also very kind, the front desk is also very welcoming, the room prices are also very affordable, and cost-effective! I got more than one comfortable and pleasant stay experience, as well as fireworks on earth. This is my evaluation of this hotel. Awesome!

VVendlerWe stayed 4 nights at the Runhu Hotel while we visited all the tourist attractions around Zhangye, including trips to the Gobi desert, Ping Shan Hu (Grand Canyon), the Alien Valley and other sites. The hotel - which is clean, spacious and quiet - has motivated employees who are happy to meet any request. The restaurant is actually very good with reasonable prices the buffet breakfast also was varied and of very good quality. The hotel also provides such services as nightly warm milk deliver and a foot soaking tub with epsom salts with no extra charge. The hotel also referred us to a driver with his own very nice and well kept car. He, Mr. Li, went way above and beyond what anyone could expect. He provided snacks, fruits, water and some sort of local soft drink and arranged tickets in advance where reservations were required and made sure to adapt those reservations when the weather closed one of the sites. His recommendations for local food at or near the various sites were also spot on. While the places were simple (and very inexpensive), the food was honest and good. You can bank on Mr. Li to make sure everything goes along smoothly. All you have to do is tell him what you want to see, or ask him for recommendations, and he will do the rest. In short, splendid hotel for the price with terrific service and if you need a driver, Mr. Li is your guy!

GGuest UserYou can see the Qilian Mountains from your room! There are hot drinks in the lobby, boiled rock sugar snow pear, red dates and wolfberries, as well as melon seeds and peanuts! The room was big and comfortable. We also provided a midnight snack at around 8 or 9 in the evening - rock sugar and white fungus soup, which was super delicious! We were waiting for the train with our children, and the manager arranged a late check-out for us, so we were able to rest in the room for two more hours. It was so heartwarming, thank you very much! It's only half an hour's drive from Qicai Danxia, the location is very convenient, there are also good hotels around, which are within walking distance. In short, this hotel is amazing👍🏻

GGuest UserI arrived outside of check-in time, but the owner was kind enough to open the doors for me at 5:30AM. Of course I had told them about my arrival. I also booked a day tour with them. We went to Matisi Temple in the morning and Zhangye Danxia in the afternoon. The rides to both places were very comfortable. It’s a great place for solo travelers, prices are reasonable and service is wonderful.

1. The location is convenient, many eateries and 甘州巷子 is within walking distance.
2. The front desk staff are very friendly and give very accurate info.

- The reception staff was very nice and helpful, they organized our transfer to Mati si
- The location was good, close to the food street and bus station to go to Zhangye danxia colorful mountain
- There were enough amenities (kettle, cups, tooth brush...) but the towels were very small.
Bad:
- The cleanliness was not great, lots of hairs on the floor, and dust on furniture.
- The mattress wasn't a mattress but a wooden plank we felt like fakirs.
- The shower head was leaking from every side and the drain was smelling very bad in the morning
- The isolation was bad, we could hear everything happening in the alley downstairs or in the room next door.
Also there were mosquitoes in the room but the hostel provides an electronic repellent and a mosquito net on the window.
All in all it wasn't the best hotel but it was cheap and ok.

The hotel is located in the Matisi Temple Scenic Area and has a unique location. This is the main reason why we chose to stay. The boss is a local, warm and hospitable, and always meets our needs in a timely manner. The hotel has complete facilities and the rooms are clean and tidy. Especially when we fall asleep at night, it is quiet and peaceful, which can relieve our fatigue from the day.
