Zhangye Hotels with Wi-Fi

A fantastic hotel. I usually don’t like staying in big hotels as they tend to be soulless, but this one was really special. From the fresh cucumber face mask to the hot soak for your feet, they are incredibly thoughtful and kind. The service is fantastic. They were really helpful to us as foreigners, highly recommend!

My recent stay at Zhangye Hotel left a deep impression on me. Both the cleanliness of the room and the overall sanitary environment reached a high standard, making people feel very comfortable and at ease. It is particularly worth mentioning that the hotel front desk not only contacted me in advance to ensure that everything was arranged properly, but also upgraded my room without any additional charge. Such thoughtful service is really rare. In addition, the service quality of the hotel is impeccable, and the service attitude of every staff member is very good. Whether it is the smiling receptionist or the attentive and thoughtful room attendant, people feel the warm experience of being at home. The service level of Zhangye Hotel and the professionalism of the service staff are undoubtedly a highlight of my trip.

Hygiene: The carpet is a bit stained Environment: Very good, West Bus Station is right downstairs, and the location is quiet! The corridor has antique-like furnishings and the passage is wide. There is also a museum on the third floor of the hotel, but it’s a pity that we don’t have enough time to visit it. The beds are also unique. Facilities: The hot water for bathing comes out quickly but not hot enough! Bedside touch screens are generally problematic. For example, a ”night light” can cause an alarm at the door. There is a humidifier. Service: The front desk service is good! Great turndown service! They just didn’t remind me that there was breakfast.

Just completed a wonderful three night stay at the Zhangye Holiday Inn. Perhaps most Silk Road tourists do not spend three nights in Zhangye but we wanted to visit both the popular and more “off the beaten path” historical sites nearby. This Holiday Inn is up to international standards - the staff was very professional, courteous and well trained, the rooms were modern and well-maintained, and even the buffet breakfast restaurant manager spoke English. This is probably one of the few (if not the only) more Westernized hotels in Zhangye) and we had a very good stay and experience in this hotel in Zhangye.

This is the best traveler accommodation you can find in Zhangye. Rooms and dorms are sparkling clean, and so are the common toilets, cleaned several times daily as I observed. The showers are on the upper floors, and this could be really the only drawback if one comes when it's cold. Otherwise, the atmosphere is great - plenty of Chinese and international travelers to share evenings and meals, and they organize affordable tours to the Danxia scenic area and also Mati si and Jingta temples. We took one and were very happy with the driver and the service and made the best out of our day in Zhangye. Book without exitation!

The hotel is located on a bustling street in Xilai Lane in Ganzhou District. Next to it is Xilai Temple, Zhangye Big Buddha Temple, Muta Temple and Zhangye Museum are all two kilometers away. We visited the scenic spots during the day and went to Ming and Qing snacks in the evening. Street, Zhangye’s special delicacies are all there. It's just a walk away, and it's also convenient to take a taxi. The hotel is clean and tidy, the transportation is convenient, and parking is friendly. You can park in the hotel courtyard. The breakfast is rich and there are Zhangye beef rice and noodles. The service is good. I am very happy to visit Zhangye this time!

The location is very good. You can walk there after getting off the high-speed rail. You don't need to take a taxi. I went to the beef hotpot on the fourth floor with my colleagues. The decoration is stylish and elegant. The taste is also good. The meat is tender. It is very suitable for business banquets. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. They helped us send our clothes to the dry cleaner for free. Thumbs up 👍

There is free hot milk in the evening, and a foot bath will be prepared for foot bathing. You can also ask for the hotel's homemade mask. Environment: The environment is very good, the lobby is clean and bright, and the elevator speed is also very fast. There are bottled mineral water and direct drinking water in the public area. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, cleaned once a day. Facilities: The facilities are good. There are many varieties of breakfast, and there are many freshly made delicacies, such as beef ramen, paste residue, corn cakes, pancakes, etc. There are many choices! The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is also very good, with reliable product quality and reasonable prices. The service is also very good.

The room was very nice, clean and tidy. The hotel also had homemade red dates and ginger sugar tea, which was very delicious. The breakfast was very rich and the service attitude of the staff was super good.

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient shopping and dining nearby. The front desk service is enthusiastic and proactive, and it is well received. The room is large, the bed is comfortable, and the sleep quality is good. The breakfast is rich, with many options and good taste. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is large and convenient for self-driving guests. Pingshan Lake Grand Canyon is very spectacular and shocking, and it is worth a visit.
