A fantastic hotel. I usually don’t like staying in big hotels as they tend to be soulless, but this one was really special. From the fresh cucumber face mask to the hot soak for your feet, they are incredibly thoughtful and kind. The service is fantastic. They were really helpful to us as foreigners, highly recommend!

My recent stay at Zhangye Hotel left a deep impression on me. Both the cleanliness of the room and the overall sanitary environment reached a high standard, making people feel very comfortable and at ease. It is particularly worth mentioning that the hotel front desk not only contacted me in advance to ensure that everything was arranged properly, but also upgraded my room without any additional charge. Such thoughtful service is really rare. In addition, the service quality of the hotel is impeccable, and the service attitude of every staff member is very good. Whether it is the smiling receptionist or the attentive and thoughtful room attendant, people feel the warm experience of being at home. The service level of Zhangye Hotel and the professionalism of the service staff are undoubtedly a highlight of my trip.

Hygiene: The carpet is a bit stained Environment: Very good, West Bus Station is right downstairs, and the location is quiet! The corridor has antique-like furnishings and the passage is wide. There is also a museum on the third floor of the hotel, but it’s a pity that we don’t have enough time to visit it. The beds are also unique. Facilities: The hot water for bathing comes out quickly but not hot enough! Bedside touch screens are generally problematic. For example, a ”night light” can cause an alarm at the door. There is a humidifier. Service: The front desk service is good! Great turndown service! They just didn’t remind me that there was breakfast.

Just completed a wonderful three night stay at the Zhangye Holiday Inn. Perhaps most Silk Road tourists do not spend three nights in Zhangye but we wanted to visit both the popular and more “off the beaten path” historical sites nearby. This Holiday Inn is up to international standards - the staff was very professional, courteous and well trained, the rooms were modern and well-maintained, and even the buffet breakfast restaurant manager spoke English. This is probably one of the few (if not the only) more Westernized hotels in Zhangye) and we had a very good stay and experience in this hotel in Zhangye.

The hotel is located on a bustling street in Xilai Lane in Ganzhou District. Next to it is Xilai Temple, Zhangye Big Buddha Temple, Muta Temple and Zhangye Museum are all two kilometers away. We visited the scenic spots during the day and went to Ming and Qing snacks in the evening. Street, Zhangye’s special delicacies are all there. It's just a walk away, and it's also convenient to take a taxi. The hotel is clean and tidy, the transportation is convenient, and parking is friendly. You can park in the hotel courtyard. The breakfast is rich and there are Zhangye beef rice and noodles. The service is good. I am very happy to visit Zhangye this time!

The hotel is very convenient for eating and shopping. I stayed for three days in total. The room was cleaned very promptly and the hotel staff had a very good service attitude, especially the front desk manager. When I checked out, I learned that I had to catch the high-speed train. Without an appointment, he immediately arranged for a driver to help me get to the station. He was very considerate. The room facilities and equipment are very complete. The dry and wet separated shower room is very convenient. The room area is also large. The heating effect of the air conditioner in the room is also good. The temperature difference between morning and night in Lanzhou is very large. It is very warm in the room. It is a hotel worth staying in.

Zhangye is so fun. The Horseshoe Temple and the Pingshan Lake Grand Canyon are both great. I was very tired during the day, so it is really important to have a good rest at night! The central heating of the hotel in Lanzhou is so hot that I am really not used to it. I didn't sleep well for two days. When I checked in here, they turned off the floor heating in the room for us. I was touched~ There is a humidifier in the room, and a footbath is delivered every day. It's really thoughtful! And there is a sports magic mirror, which I have never used before. It's just right to experience it. There are rich breakfast varieties, a bowl of beef noodles and blanched vegetables every day. The hotel room price is really affordable, and the staff are also very enthusiastic. Not only did they come to pick up the airport, but they also went back to the hotel on the last day to get the luggage and sat in the lobby for a while, and poured us tea. The cheapest but best hotel in this trip to the Hexi Corridor, full marks in all aspects.

The location of the hotel is OK, not far from Zhangye West Station. The facilities are satisfactory. Breakfast is served at a cooperating restaurant outside on the first floor. There is a bowl of noodles, a combination of cold dishes and tea eggs. The hygiene is also average. However, there are mosquitoes in the room and the child was bitten a lot. After asking the front desk to send electric mosquito coils, there was some effect.

The bath water is very large and the water temperature is stable. In particular, they also gave a foot bath and snacks. The weather just cooled down, and the subtle details made people feel warm.

The location of the villa is very good. It is in a wetland park with a lake in front. You can take a walk by the lake at night without leaving the community. The lights by the lake are particularly beautiful and the night view is beautiful. Parking is also very convenient. The room was clean, tidy and upscale, and the experience was great.
