Jinjiang Hotels in Zhangjiajie

Wonderful hotel! The most important thing for us was the location — it’s right next to the funicular, which was very convenient. I especially want to highlight the front desk staff: everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the young woman who helped us with breakfast for our child, called a taxi, walked us to the car, and even gave a toy to our child — it was incredibly kind and touching! Unfortunately, I didn’t ask her name, but I’d like to express my deep gratitude for her care and attention. Overall, the entire staff left a great impression. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have everything you need, except for bathrobes. Breakfasts were excellent — a wide variety of dishes to suit any taste, and finally, during this trip around China, we found real European cuisine! We had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel.

Location is great for traveller who would like to visit national park for few days. About 1km away from park’s east gate. Highlight of the trip is concierge George who is knowledgeable and provide great recommendations of routes to this huge park.

It was a nice stay here! Very close (walking distance) to the cable way up to the Tianmen mountain. And the river in front of the hotel. The room was big. No noise during sleep. Breakfast was nice, not busy and on high floor with view. Service was good with some small fruits and deserts with kind messages. Good hotel for visiting the mountain.

Hands down the hotel with the best service!! The staff are extremely friendly and give their best to enhance my holiday experience. There was a ”housekeeper” who will get in touch with you upon receiving your booking, and you can ask ANY question that you have. It was my first time travelling to China and having such approachable staff really really helped calm my nerves. She also helped me by recommending activities, fantastic restaurants, day itineraries, and even helped with the purchase of attraction tickets. From my knowledge, they did not profit from the tickets. Having travelled to many countries, I must say that this is the first time I have experienced such a level of excellent service from an accommodation. The rooms are also superb. Clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the waters. Location is excellent as it is WALKING DISTANCE to the national park entrance. If you need any help at anywhere at any point of time, the staff is just 1 message away through WeChat, or you could go downstairs to the counter. But please be advised to take a DiDi taxi directly from the railway station/airport wherever you are coming from in order to maximize accessibility with your luggages. Just like other reviews said, the hotel is not the most accessible by walking if you are carrying heavy luggages. And come on... the taxi should be affordable enough even for just a 5min ride!! This small inconvenience can be easily overcome! Note for all. DiDi is not available in Furong and Fenghuang. Extremely clean and well maintained: any small issue that arose was quickly fixed. Location is optimal if visiting the national park, as the hotel lies at a 15m walk away from the Zimugang (Central Entrance) of the park. Sadly, delivery apps do not deliver to the hotel, so one should make sure to have some snacks handy. Didi service works in the area of the hotel at any time of the day and night. The host is fantastic as he offered us a ride to the entrance for both days that we visited the park. He also provided a driver to pick us up from the airport and gave us several recommendations on activities. Breakfast is essential but very tasty: be sure to come early, as few dishes might finish (especially baozi and dumplings). In the winter, some amenities like the pool and the balcony are harder to enjoy, due to the weather. All in all, highly recommended experience if planning to have easy access to Zhangjiajie park, combined with a very pleasant room and stunning views. Really worth every penny.

We had a very good experience over there. The owner is very friendly. He picked us up from Wulingyuan Bus Station. (You need to take bus from Zhangjiajie Bus station which is right next the Zhangjiajie Railway Station to Wulingyuan). This homestay is located in the quiet place along with a small stream. The room is very clean with free breakfast(P6). The homestay is 5 mins driving away to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The owner also offered detailed travel plan for us, so we had a great time in the national park. We loved their home cooking local foods so much!!!!!( I attached the menu below). We stayed there for 5 days, we ate out the first day. After we tried their cooking, we didn't eat out anymore. We texted owner before we came back. When we arrived homestay all the dishes had been ready. We highly recommend this homestay.

It's located right at the opposite of the Tianmen Mountain entrance. It's a walking distance. The hotel offered early check-in as we arrived earlier at around 10AM. Thanks to the room availability. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a convenient store right at the hotel lobby level. It's very convenient if you needed anything urgently. The overall stay was excellent.

Enjoy perfect view of YuanJiaJie from the hot tub or lounge chairs at the balcony. We were taken care of by 小赵，who drove us to nearby places (grocery stores, dinner, etc) and made sure our itinerary met our wishlist. He even checked in on us when we were in the Zhangjiajie national park to make sure that we would not miss the closing timings. He was also on standby 24/7 to attend to our needs. This place also offers complimentary laundry services, which was important for us as we travelled during a rainy period. Also, the 1-time airport transfer was luxurious, where we got picked up by an MPV, ensuring the stay got off to the perfect start.

The hotel’s location is quite far from downtown Zhangjiajie, approximately around 45min car drive. However, the hotel is great! Aside from majestic view of the valley, their service and care for their guests is impeccable. Mr Qin and his colleagues were so warm and thoughtful to the point of creating a lovely small community that made this Christmas one to remember. They created some small dumpling making activity for the guests and even had some KTV available if you and your friends would want to have some singalong night. The food they offer is also amazing, and their home made tea is also a must try. Only concern I have would be the bathroom not having a heater, but all in all I would definitely recommend this place as a must visit in Zhangjiajie.
