Very helpful staff and clean environment

Nice experience

Facilities: 2384 yuan for a loft room, not cost-effective. The skylight switch is broken. It can't be closed after opening. The sunshade curtain takes a long time to close a little bit. It rains at night and the skylight is still dripping. The shower room is really small Highlights➠Free drinks and beer in the refrigerator. Backpacks and umbrellas are also free equipment Environment: A little far from the place where you can see Mont Blanc and the central area for eating Service: Quite enthusiastic and relatively rich breakfast

The hotel is a 4-star hotel, owned by the Julen family, which has four hotels and three restaurants in Zermatt. A piece of lambskin is provided on the outdoor chairs. The hotel has hot springs and saunas, but you have to go naked. I have never enjoyed men and women bathing and sauna together in Japan, but I have enjoyed it in Switzerland. I would feel embarrassed if I didn't go naked because everyone else was naked. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. You can squeeze orange juice yourself, and there are many kinds of dried meat, cheese and butter to choose from. You can also order omelets, fried eggs, waffles, etc. The boiled eggs are also cooked just right, and the yolk is runny. Be sure to drink Swiss milk and ask the waiter to provide hot milk, which is very fresh and rich in milk fragrance.

Two points about this hotel. 1. The hotel is clearly called Alpenhof Hotel (see Figure 1 and Figure 2), but the Ctrip platform insists on calling it wellness hotel alpenhof, which made me unable to find the wellness hotel on Google Maps and I had to run back and forth between the two railway stations. Please see Figure 5 for the most accurate Google map name of Ctrip. 2. When I checked in, the hotel gave me a corner room with a sloping roof. The area is probably not smaller but the volume is definitely smaller. I felt depressed when I entered this room. Let's take a look at the page display when booking (Figure 4). Later, Ctrip coordinated to change it to a normal room. It's really bad to give a corner room when there is a room. There are thousands of hotels in Zermatt. I will not come here in the future. It's too bullying.

The service staff's attitude and patience are great, the room is beautiful, comfortable and clean, and the location is great. The hotel also has a spa, but I forgot to bring my swimming trunks. I will definitely come back and stay here next time

1. 위치 - 역에서 약 도보 7분거리로 약간 돌아가야하지만 체르마트 마을 자체가 워낙 작아서 이동에 어려움은 없음 (요청 시 픽업해주심) - 1분 정도 거리에 황금호른 포인트가 있어 아침에 일출 보기에 좋음 - 룸 베란다에서도 마테호른이 보이기 때문에 날씨 확인하기에 좋음 2. 시설 - 우선 엄청 고급 호텔이라 시설은 전반적으로 다 좋음 - 미니바가 무료이기 때문에 물, 음료 별도로 구매할 필요 없음 - 사우나, 수영장도 있다고는 하나 사용은 안해봄 - 방마다 사용 가능한 백팩이 있으며, 구매도 가능함 - 전기자전거 무료 대여도 가능함 - 에어컨(티비로 조절) 있고, 스마트티비 설치되어 있어서 미러링 잘 됨 3. 조식 - 7시 ~ 10:30 조식 시간이고 1층 식당에서 식사 가능 - 조식 종류도 많고 음식도 다 맛있는 편 - 예전에는 팬케잌, 와플 무료로 만들어주었으나 이제 유료로 변경된듯 함 (8~12프랑) - 입장하면 음료 원하는 것 만들어 주심 (커피 등) - 조식 시간에 식사를 못하는 경우 요청하면 도시락 준비해 주심 4. 기타 - 직원은 매우 친절한편이고 청소도 잘 됨 - 체크아웃 할 때 요청하면 역 까지 차로 이동해주심 - 리셉션 시간이 7시부터라서 그 전에 체크아웃 하는경우 미리 세금 결제하면 됨
