Good location

The room is a bit small, but it is a cost-effective choice in Zermatt. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station and is close to the cable car station.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Zermatt station. It's in the opposite direction from the main street, but it has a quiet and calm atmosphere. The cable car to Sunnegga is right there (3-minute walk). There was no kettle in the room, but they provided boiled water (if you asked), which was very helpful as I used it a few times. There was no sauna or pool, but the room had a bathtub so I was able to relax quite well. The outside temperature was quite low (even though it was September), so it was cold, but the room was heated so I was able to stay comfortably. The transfer to Zermatt station at check-out was 5 francs per person. (Free for those who book directly)

I stayed in a room next to the reception for the first time. I could hear the conversation between hotel staff and guests in the room. The privacy was poor. The room had a terrace. The view was right on the sidewalk of the garbage room, but there was a partial mountain view and I couldn't see it. matterhorn .🙁 The breakfast provided by the hotel is good👍 If you want to book a terrace view, you need to consider it at Matterhorn🤔

The hotel is in a good location. There is a restaurant downstairs with a Greek chef. The food is delicious! The hotel room is a bit small, maybe it's like this in Switzerland. After the three of us added a bed, it was a bit inconvenient to unpack. The breakfast was good, a traditional European breakfast, no fried eggs, but boiled eggs. The big skylight in the bathroom was also drunk. Fortunately, there is no higher hotel on the mountain, otherwise it would be a live broadcast
