Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport Reviews

The hotel was fantastic, the people were great! The only problem I had was they had a washer and dryer to use but it took 4 hours to do two loads of laundry that cost me $30.00. Because we were traveling backpack that was one of the most important things on our trip. So it was a great disappointment. Other than that the hotel was fantastic and again the customer service was really good. I would definitely stay there again just make other plans to do laundry.

Considering the flight at noon the next day, I chose this hotel. The hotel is very comfortable as a whole, with rich breakfast. The hotel has 3 free shuttle buses to and from the airport every hour, which is very convenient. I used the extra free time to visit a nearby city, Mechelen.

The garden view room has a very nice view. There is free water but you have to pay for it. The hot chocolate is delicious. The windows are double-glazed and soundproof. You can get ice next to the elevator.

The hotel is very close to Brussels Airport. There is a free airport shuttle bus, which is very convenient. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel. The environment near the hotel is good and the ecology is good. However, there are basically no restaurants nearby, especially on weekends, you can only eat in the hotel or at the airport. The breakfast is relatively limited and not that rich.

The hotel is in a good location near the airport. It is clean and has a beautiful and shady garden. I like that there is a room with 2 double beds that can accommodate the whole family. The bed is soft and comfortable. There are complete bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner so you don't have to bring your own. It smells good and is of good quality. However, the water in the shower drains a bit slowly.

The room is very comfortable and close to the airport. I would like to give special praise to the uncle who took the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. His attitude was very good.

Everything was great, the staff, the location, the tranquility, the room, the cleanliness and the staff. Unfortunately there was no fridge in our room, a constraint in this heat.

The breakfast service was extremely poor. I rushed to check in at midnight and had to get stuck in the morning to have breakfast. It ended at 10 o'clock, and at 9:50 the waiters were already collecting meals one after another. Even the dishes behind you are taken away while you are getting them. No sense of service or respect for guests.

The hotel is near the airport and has a free bus to pick up and drop off at the airport, which is super convenient. The hotel facilities, hygiene and service are very good. To go to the city, you can take a free bus to the airport first. There are many buses to the city, which is very convenient.

It is very convenient to have a shuttle bus to the airport. There is a very large botanical garden downstairs, where geese live freely and are not afraid of people chasing others and yelling loudly. like a zoo.
