Really nice hotel for another night

Beautiful hotel and very nice service but for the price you expect a bit of luxury experience. They push a bit to buy spa package or day trip package, I feel it’s not very elegant.. but overall it’s a nice place.

The hotel staff provided great service. Fortunately, the hotel allowed us to check in early. The environment was very quiet and the breakfast was delicious. There was a food market and souvenir shops within a 5-minute walk, which was very convenient.

What a great hotel. I also recommend it to my friends. You don't have to worry about anything when you arrive at the hotel. The staff will arrange everything for you. There is a restaurant by the pool where you can eat. You can scan the QR code on the table to order breakfast, which is free. In the afternoon, there are staff to give you drinking water and towels. There are also people to entertain you in the public area at any time. It's really great~~~~~

It's so funny that I booked it three months in advance! After many instructions, they still gave me a room next to a tree that blocked my view. Fortunately, they helped me change the room.

I really think this hotel is very average, maybe it's the ceiling of Zadao, but the cost performance is really not high. I stayed on the island for a week and stayed in two hotels. Thinking that "it's easy to go from frugality to luxury, but it's hard to go from luxury to frugality", I stayed in a relatively cheap one first, but it's not particularly cheap. The price is one-third of this Olea, and it's about RMB 1,400 per night and includes breakfast and dinner. However, the food at Olea is not even as good as the hotel I stayed in before. The meal selection at Olea is extremely limited and the portion is very small. The breakfast looks exquisite but it's not satisfying at all. The main dishes are all ordered, and even the basic eggs, bacon and milk cannot be obtained directly. If you want to upgrade from only breakfast to dinner, you need to pay 50 euros per person per day. Thank God I didn't upgrade, because there is a street about 600 meters away from the back door of Olea, and there are many restaurants to choose from. 30 euros per person is very satisfying. The environment of Olea is good, and my complaints are all about catering!

The service is simply top-notch, the restaurant is delicious, the view is great, I recommend flow. It is really a very pleasantly surprised hotel, the price/performance ratio is super high, and there are very few guests in the hotel, it is often very quiet. It is very suitable for a holiday and lying down. 

The environment is very comfortable and the service is very thoughtful. Except for the limited variety of breakfast, everything else is very good.

The cleanliness is average. The toilet bowl is the same as if it had not been cleaned. Even after cleaning it the next day, there was no change. I asked the hotel but they didn't have any alcohol disinfectant. I don't know how to disinfect the toilet bowl.

The hotel said that it only accepts children over 12 years old, hoping that our children can keep quiet, and upgraded the room to a pool room. The room facilities are simple, but the surrounding environment and service are good. However, the bathroom was leaking the next day, and the front desk reported it and it was quickly dealt with. The hotel environment is good, and the buffet breakfast is also quite exquisite, but many Greek dishes are not accustomed to us. We also went to Zakin Town for a Chinese meal. If you don’t drive in and out, it’s not very convenient. It’s a distance from the beach, but it’s generally recommended, especially the pool house.

First of all, I must praise the decoration style and design of the entire hotel. It is indeed very good. Very beautiful and luxurious. But it is a pity that the hotel's service and staff training do not meet the standards of a five-star hotel at all. The service and hardware facilities do not match at all, and the responsibilities of the front office waiters are not clearly defined. The most intolerable thing is breakfast. During our stay, there were almost no waiters to serve us during breakfast. There is no self-service drink, so you have to wait for the waiter to refill your drink, which takes 20 minutes. Even milk, eggs, coffee, you can't get these things by yourself, you need to order them. I don't even know that these things are available, because during our entire meal, no one came to ask us if we wanted to order food, we just Go to the self-service area to pick up some desserts, bread and fruits. I didn't feel like I received any service, everyone was busy in a meaningless manner. I really won't come back next time. The price of this hotel is already considered expensive, but it really disappoints me.
