Hotel with hot spring and others facilities like swimming pool and gym room. Room are big enough for 3-4 persons. Location a bit far from town if with car no issue at all. Hotel do provide bus but time limited till 6pm. All staffs could not speak English so communication was an issue if you request something.

Since it is an old hotel, the facilities are old, but the reception is also very good with the restaurant staff 々. It is convenient in front of you at the ski resort.

It is a very traditional Japanese hotel with a bathtub for 3-4 people. The hostess is a cook, waiter and receptionist. Attached are breakfast and dinner made by myself, showing my sincerity. Shared bathroom, public toilet, hair dryer and toiletries. Trip cannot respond to requests for pick-up services. Please ask the station service desk to call for you (if you can speak Japanese). They provide station pick-up services, lockable racks for snowboards, and drying room services. If you see this, please don't book this kind of hotel in the future, and please change your shower time to the last minute after 21:30. My daughter and I have to take a shower, wash our hair and blow dry our hair before 10 o'clock! Thank you for the delicious meal provided by the hotel. The grandfather at the front desk was very kind and friendly, although the language was not available, but it was very helpful. The dinner is also delicious, the environment is clean and hygienic, and it feels like a traditional Japanese hotel. The only downside is that there is only a public bathhouse, and the bathhouse has private time, which may take a long time if you want to take a bath during this time. My girlfriend likes 🥰

The hotel is equipped with ski rental and selling ski lift tickets around it. The price is cheaper than buying on the spot. Breakfast is good and the owner is friendly. Some rooms require public toilets. The train to the hotel is very alienated. There are no restaurants nearby. If you want to dine out in the city at night, you must relocate to the return train or take a taxi. I hope the hotel can install a washing machine.

The room is very large, with a small living room with sofa, electronic stove and sink, which is very convenient for simple cooking. There is a public bath and social hall on the second floor. There is a FamilyMart convenience store on the first floor of the hotel. The service staff at the hotel counter are friendly. It is only a 5-minute walk nearby. Take the cable car to the Iwahara Ski Resort Rokkaku ticket booth. Although you have to take the shuttle bus to the hotel, the drive is only 5 minutes. It is a highly recommended accommodation for novice skiers. There is a ski shop next to the hotel, so there is no need to worry. There is a problem with storing ski equipment, but there are also lockers for storing ski equipment in the hotel. Overall, this accommodation is highly recommended to anyone who wants to ski at Iwahara Ski Resort! ! !

Hotel room was good and massive,facilities are abundant as well. The onsen is super spacious and it's thru the night. Food selection are quite a few but do try to get to Eki for more selections... Just take note of the last shuttle bus back to hotel. In all the stay was good, just need to take note that this hotel is only allow SKI in / SKI out... But NOT SNOWBOARDING.... That you have to take shuttle bus to other resort location thru its skiing shuttle bus services...
