A fantastic hotel. Check in was easy with friendly staff. Our room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Rooms come with and iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Plus in the bathroom there’s toiletries. This was an ideal location it was close to everything. Within 5 minutes or less we were at the shambles. The shambles car park is a short walk away and you get 20% discount if staying at the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious with a wide variety of choice, there’s even a waffle maker with a good choice of toppings. We opted to go for breakfast around 7 am as we are early birds plus we like to beat the queues/ rush. We did see how busy it can get later on so I would recommend earlier the better. We will definitely be staying here again hopefully can get an adjoining room as our kids will be coming with us.

Upon checking in to the room, we noticed that our room’s air conditioning was not functioning. We highlighted to the front desk and were informed that they would reboot the air conditioning unit from their main air-conditioning room. After we came back from visiting, the aircond in the room was still not working, and the windows in the room are not able to be opened. Again we contacted the front desk and this time they informed that they have no idea when the air-conditioning can be fixed. Therefore, we requested to change the room. (The main reason I chose this hotel as they have air-conditioning rooms). Unfortunately, we were informed that all the rooms in the hotel were fully booked and changing of room was not allowed. We have then voiced out our dissatisfaction and disappointment and finally we got to change to another room. Felt tired and speechless that we had to speak to the front desk few times in order to get this settled.
