I’m not expected about this hotel for this price, but actually it’s beyond my expectations. Very good place, near JR station and convenience store.

Location is 5 minutes walking distance from JR line. Pretty convenient for those making a short trip to Yokohama area. It is also near shopping district Isezaki.

very good location and very good price! Less than one hour to Tokyo by train. And a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

It was near to the station and comfortable.

The location is great being very close to Kannai station, the room was clean if small, the price was reasonable and the Wi-Fi was OK. I had two issues during my stay: 1. During my check in, the staff kept asking me if I wanted to leave my luggage. I had no idea where this was coming from and I said I’ll take my luggage to my room. They asked me about two more times if they could keep my luggage. After this, I said no I had no luggage even though I literally had it next to me. Then they said “Ah OK, we apologize for our misunderstanding” and then gave us our key. What was this all about? 2. They don’t allow you leave your luggage after you check out. In all my life, this was the only place that had this policy.

Nice clean hotel, but the staff were a let down. Unwilling to go the extra mile to help out customers.

Nice place. walking distance to station.

There is really nothing to choose from when staying at Livemax during off-peak hours. People who are familiar with this brand should understand. This one also has a password lock, and you need to lock it when entering and leaving. It is only two blocks away from Kannai Station. It actually takes more than ten minutes to walk to Motomachi Minato Mirai.

Although the hotel is small, it has complete facilities and a reasonable layout. It is suitable for business trips with a low budget. It is also close to the subway station, and there are many kinds of food nearby, as well as a game hall.

When booking a hotel, I stayed at Livemax, which I had always had my eye on. Breakfast was included at this price, and it was very close to Kannai Station, so I made an immediate decision. The hotel was generally clean, and the bathroom seemed to have been renovated, which was nice. The front desk staff was a foreigner, but they spoke good Japanese and were very polite, which left a good impression. If I had to comment on one thing, it was a bit disappointing that breakfast was a rice ball bento instead of a buffet. But it was delicious. I'd definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

Pros: Location, close to supermarkets and restaurants, surprisingly quiet, microwave in room, adequate front desk service (though a lot of private conversations). Cons: Room smell (cigarette? mold?), rotten water in the air purifier tank tray, no auto-lock, towels not folded neatly, overall a lot of disappointment.

It's a 5-6 minute walk from Kannai Station, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it a very convenient area. Perhaps due to the location, there were many foreigners there. The receptionist explained things in English. The room was also well-cleaned, which was nice.

Too small... The carpet is not very clean, it's very noisy outside, not recommended for children
