The room size is decent for one person and it’s clean. The bathroom is kinda small, but hey, how much time does one need to spend in there anyway. The hotel is a short walk from the Shin-Yokohama station which has loads of different lines to get to anywhere. The hotel is also near a lot of eateries if you want to eat nearby. Breakfast is provided and it was decent. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel was very clean. I wasn't expecting a good breakfast, but I was a little surprised. I'd like to use it again.

The room is extremely small, walking is a problem, and the suitcases are basically impossible to open... The elevator only goes to the eighth floor, and you have to carry your luggage up one floor to the ninth floor. It's not worth paying more than 1,000 soft RMB per night. But breakfast the next day is free! There is also a hotel very close to the station, which is suitable for a late flight to Yokohama for a layover overnight, but again, the price is a bit outrageous...

It was very helpful to have a parking lot for guests in the middle of the downtown area and a discount. The staff was very kind and made me feel very welcome. Also, when using Yokohama Arena, I would like to make a reservation for accommodation.

I am very satisfied with the location and the customer service, but the only thing that bothered me was that the bed was hard and I couldn't sleep, and the noise in the corridor echoed in the middle of the night and early in the morning. In addition, we want to use if there is opportunity.
