Hanting Hotels in Yining

The hotel wasn't exactly easy to find, but I can't blame the hotel. Traffic is chaotic throughout Xinjiang, with many roads devoid of lanes. The parking lot is good, both on the road and underground. It's very busy, but there's basically enough parking. The hotel is easily accessible by car from Liuxing Street and the museum. Parking in Yining is also very cheap. But Yining really doesn't have much to offer. I want to praise the staff at Hanting. From the receptionist to the security guard, they were all really nice. I encountered someone who cut in line during check-in, claiming to be a Huazhu Premium Member. I confronted him, but he ignored me and just stared at the receptionist. The receptionist was afraid to offend him. I think the hotel and Huazhu Group should stand up for their employees, doing their normal, legitimate work, and not let bullies take over their jobs. The security guard, who had multiple responsibilities, including overseeing the breakfast buffet, was incredibly busy, but very proactive and endearing. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, and the watermelon was even fresher than the one I had at the Hilton. When I saw them, they'd cut it right away when the whole thing was gone. As for the ambiance, for a new hotel, it's truly excellent. The housekeeping was also very polite. They're very accommodating. We requested extra blankets after checking in at midnight, and they arrived promptly. It was brought by the security guard, haha. Thank you so much. Overall, this is a very nice, value-for-money hotel. It's a shame I forgot to take photos. There's only one room for the lobby bar, but it's always available. It's absolutely wonderful. The family room is very spacious, perfect for a family of three, but there's actually a sofa that could accommodate four, plus two tables. We were able to spread out our large suitcases without any issues. There are several small chain restaurants downstairs that offer great value and are very enjoyable to eat. The portions are generous, so order less and refill if you need more. Convenience stores are also located around the building.

We went to Yili for a self-guided tour and booked this Hanting Hotel. The price was cheap, the room was clean, the room size was large, and the surrounding was quiet. The ethnic minority girls and boys at the front desk were all very pretty and handsome, and there was a Xinjiang restaurant downstairs, which was very good.

It is close to Yili Passenger Terminal and has convenient transportation to Sailimu Lake and other scenic spots. Next to it is Shanghai City, where there are clothing stores, fruit shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, etc. Life is very convenient, and you can also buy specialty foods eaten by locals. Because it was cold in Sailimu Lake Scenic Area, I bought a pair of long johns there 😂 The hotel is clean and hygienic, equipped with a self-service laundry room; there is also a coffee bar at the front desk, which tastes very good ~ and the service attitude is very good. When I first checked in, the waiter handed me a cup of warm chrysanthemum tea, which made most of the hard work of the journey disappear! recommend!

When the first night arrived, the service staff was very good, the room was very new and clean, the laundry room also provided laundry bags, etc. The lobby on the first floor also provided local folk clothes to take pictures, and there were free coffee, tea, etc. Originally only one room card was given, we asked to have one more, and we got it smoothly. Everything was very satisfactory, so I renewed the next day for another night.... But something unpleasant happened the next day! We went out, inserted a room card into the room, and the room card was missing when we came back. It may be that the cleaning staff took it away.... The first time a room card is inserted in the room, it is not seen (or taken away) So Mr. went downstairs to the counter to get a new room card The front desk staff did not apologize for this incident, did not explain why the room card was taken away....What if it is really missing? Is this not very dangerous? ? Or the cleaning staff to take away, how can the cleaning staff take it away at will? Instead, we asked us to provide documents before we could give another room card. After we provided the documents of the reservation staff, we said no.... Later, the front desk staff read the wrong name and did not apologize. They gave us the room card that we could not use.
