Hot spring Hotels in Yingde

We went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather. The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff truly made it an unforgettable experience. A special mention goes to 刘贤英, 谭翠玲, and 龚武平 at the hot spring, whose exceptional service and genuine care stood out. 刘贤英 went above and beyond by sharing her personal preserved fruit snacks with my son when he didn’t fancy the oranges provided, a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts. Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

This is the most satisfying villa I have stayed in during this period. No matter the service, hygiene or environment, it is super value!!! The facilities are complete. We were upgraded to a villa with KTV. I didn't expect to see fireworks at night. It was really a surprise + amazing! It's close to the Chinese New Year🧨We waited for the children to have a holiday, so it was a staggered trip, so the price-performance ratio was very good👍The sanitation was very clean. The villa has already started to decorate for the New Year. There is a great atmosphere. Our whole family is very satisfied and likes it very much. The parents are happy and the children are having fun. The housekeeper's service is very good. All the requirements can be met. She also recommended the nearby Red Flag Tea Factory and Chocolate Kingdom to us. They are always available. We will come again next time!

On the way to the hotel, the housekeeper called to ask what time we would arrive. After we arrived, we checked in at the front desk and went to the villa where we stayed. The hotel is very large, with villas in every building. It is very quiet and green because it is in the mountains. The weather is very hot. As soon as I entered the door, I found that the air conditioner was already turned on and it was very comfortable. There is an indoor parking space. The house is beautifully designed and has a large area. There are three rooms in total. We stayed in two of them. One of the rooms is very large, and there is a hot spring pool in the yard. It would be very comfortable in winter 😌 We reported the problem, and the hotel staff came to help solve it quickly! The downside is that the nearby attractions are not very fun, the tea garden scenery is average, and the road is particularly difficult to drive. It's still good to be in the hotel!

The scenery is really good, but the mountain road is really difficult to drive. We also encountered a tourist bus on the way and had to back up to let it pass. It's normal to have small insects in the room because it's in the mountains! I booked a place called Yuedi, which is actually two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. It's too big, haha. Except that the shower water flows a little slower, everything else is pretty good. The food in the B&B is delicious, especially the baked chicken pot, thumbs up. This place is suitable for daydreaming and relaxing, anyway, it's pretty good.

The front desk lady is very enthusiastic, accommodation, eating and breakfast are recommended with care, the recommended bamboo restaurant dishes are delicious, the aunt specially made a plate of green vegetables for breakfast, the weight is very large, the local dishes are delicious, the accommodation room is large, sleeping very quiet, no noisy, The air has no smell, the view outside the window of the room is very good, the bed is very spacious, the hot water is very fast, the lady also recommended nearby attractions, this season is affordable and there are not many people. The environment here is elegant, the facilities are complete, the service is thoughtful, and the boss recommends eating and playing. In this short day and a half, we soaked in a private hot spring in the hotel, went to the scenic spot next to it all the way green, went to the black tea valley to look at the layers of tea fields, tasted fresh and delicious at the farm, and picked two pounds of sweet grapes for free. All of this made people happy physically and mentally!

The room was large and clean, very quiet at night, very pet friendly, and the dog was very happy to run. In the morning, there are noodles, porridge, eggs and sweet potatoes. The largest room type with its own swimming pool was temporarily booked the night before. There were three adults and three children together. The room could also accommodate an extra bed. The swimming pool was amazing and the sun was just right. I just suggest that it would be better to add two more small stools next to the sofa in the room. The service attitude of the park is also very good. Almost all requests are answered. There are security guards watching in the morning and evening. It is very safe. I stayed here for two nights in a row. The children loved it. The park is super popular. The creek next to it is very cool, but be careful not to slip. . The breakfast is very rich. It coincides with the Dragon Boat Festival and there are rice dumplings. They are delivered to our door at the time we need. The small soy milk teapot is particularly fun. We were also arranged to have a barbecue in the evening. Two fans were arranged on the big lawn when it was a little hot. Before leaving the next day, there was a piece of mugwort for us to cut and take home. In summer, you need to protect yourself from the sun and repel mosquitoes. I recommend Zengjiacun Farmhouse nearby. The boss is very serious, the ingredients are fresh, and the chicken is tender. We had four meals in three days, hahaha.
