The view was the best hotel I've ever been to. I really can't forget the beautiful view. Also, I felt that the distance from the airport was close, and when I got off the early morning flight, an employee came to pick me up by car, so I checked in so comfortably. I think it was a great place to go sightseeing in Saipan. The hotel was so clean and I was so grateful for the amenities and water that they took care of. All the staff are so kind and the boss takes care of me so well that I only make a lot of good memories for my trip. 😭☺️😊 It was the best hotel I've ever been to, with only good memories. We're making unforgettable memories in Saipan. Thank you so much.

No highlights, very old, very small for the resort,no bath tube in room, also Ctrip has bad connection with the hotel, my reservation hasn’t been through the system over 8 hrs. Breakfast is lousy, the worst I have ever had in resort all over the world, full of rude Korean. The beach is ok, but you need to be careful with the sharp sands when you into the ocean.

I booked 4N5D for my parents who came to visit us in Saipan. The location is fantastic. It's a beachfront hotel located in Garapan where most shops and restaurants are. They could stroll on the beach in the mornings and could go out shopping/dining on foot whenever they felt like doing so. The room was clean, and they especially liked the ”openness” of the ground floor (minimum walls & a lot of open space so they could see the beach and feel the breeze).

The hotel is only up to the second floor, so it's pierced. I got a second floor, and on the first floor, it's a structure that can go out to the sea. The sunrise overlooking the ocean view was so pretty... The staff speak Korean and speak English so you can easily understand it. I think it's a must for night swimming. It's really pretty and quiet and quiet But I think it's hard to come without a car rental

Compared to the Crown next door, this one is much inferior. The hotel was renovated in 1989 and the facilities are very old. An old-fashioned artificial lake takes up most of the backyard, so there is only a small swimming pool. There is no children's playground. Nothing to attract children. The network is very poor. There is no signal in rooms slightly far away from the elevator.

The proprietress who arrived in the middle of the night also upgraded the room type. The sea view balcony room was very good. The quality was cheap. Later, she gave us a guide to take the southern tour (paid but reasonable price) and was full of enthusiasm. The service was thoughtful.

The hotel is very conveniently located to the beach, airport and city center, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The service staff is warm and friendly, making me feel at home, and they are always ready to help me. The staff speaks Chinese and introduces local attractions. In particular, I decided to come for vacation on a whim without making a travel guide. The driver sister arranged by the hotel was very good. She took me to all the main attractions in Saipan in the past few days and helped me understand the local customs and practices here. Saipan is more beautiful than I imagined. Next time I will bring my children with me, and I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Stayed for the second time, this time staying in the Crystal Tower, Saipan's hotels are very broken, so there is nothing to look forward to, mainly in the business center, convenient, and the price is cheap, the Spring Festival Crystal Tower is only more than 1500 per night, conscience The price, like Hyatt and Kenton, are old hotels built twenty or thirty years ago, seven or eight thousand and one nights. I am poor and ca n’t afford it. There ’s too much food around. The Hunan restaurant opposite to the hotel is delicious. It ’s a canteen. Breakfast is also available in the morning. Right outside the two intersections is the place where Chinese rent a car. It ’s good to rent a convertible Mustang. Yes, hahaha. In short, highly recommended!

Good service. There are many Korean staff, so it's very convenient. They also help me to store luggage and make appointments for sanding taxis before and after check-in. They are very kind. However, the amount of sanding taxi fare introduced by the hotel and the amount paid to the taxi driver were twice as different, so it was strange, but I couldn't confirm it. Breakfast is delicious, but the menu changes every day, so Bokbulbok. The room condition and bed sheets were unfortunate due to the aging of the facilities. It's a good place to go for a variety of activities and water play.

Lived during the Spring Festival, basically full room, there are a lot of Koreans, convenient for meals, children do not charge extra, it is OK to eat less, the location is not in the center, there is a supermarket opposite, a playground for children, The decoration is not luxurious, but it is clean and tidy.
