The room is OK. It's relatively quiet. The service staff is also very enthusiastic. I just like the convenience of going to the Ningxia Museum. The bathroom is indeed crowded as mentioned in the comments. If you accidentally get some water on it, it will be very slippery. Be careful if you have children. I especially complain about the hair dryer. It is really difficult to use. It is only suitable for men with short hair. It is difficult to dry long hair. The breakfast is not particularly amazing. There are not many dishes. It's OK.

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

This hotel is newly renovated, with a reasonable price, good environment, clean and hygienic environment, and a suitable location. It is really convenient to live in this hotel. It is right in the Cultural City. The scenery outside the hotel is also very good. You can visit the Cultural City when you leave the hotel. The receptionist at the front desk is also very thoughtful. He patiently replies to any questions, making people feel very comfortable and kind. If I have the opportunity to come to Yinchuan again, I will choose this place again😁

When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

I recently stayed at the Yinchuan Macrolink Regent Hotel for one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers using the railway station. It’s situated right next to the station, making it easy to access transportation and nearby amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful and while it may not have any standout features, it provides good value for money and meets the basic needs of its guests. I would recommend it for short stays or for those needing easy access to the railway station.

It is most convenient to go to Yuecai City for dinner if you book this hotel. You don't need to leave the hotel. You can go to the mall on the sixth floor directly. There are all kinds of Sichuan, Hunan and Chongqing cuisine. We booked two twin rooms with views. They said there was only one room on the first floor. After signing the waiver application, we can apply to open the balcony. Looking at the scenery outside, the front desk is also very reliable. They helped us to urge the cleaning. The cleaning was done at more than 2 o'clock and we could check in. The restaurant on the 7th floor also has the most popular stamps, and there are stamps of many scenic spots. The children were very happy to stamp. Yuecai City is also very good to visit and it is very convenient to buy things. There is a supermarket on the negative first floor. You can buy wolfberries and specialties. The supermarket will send them directly home. In short, eating and shopping are all satisfied, and the elderly are very satisfied.

Just report your license plate number to the front desk. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the service is warm. When the weather was hot, I called the hotel and asked for two bottles of water, which were delivered immediately. From the window, you can see the city view of Yinchuan and the Helan Mountains in the distance. Overall, I am very satisfied!
