The location of the hotel is okay. It is conveniently located in the county town from Hongcun, Xidi, Qiyun Mountain and other surrounding scenic spots. It is suitable for self-driving. It only takes 10-20 minutes to drive to various scenic spots. The hotel is considered the best and latest in the area. There is a door at the door. Free parking, but parking spaces are quite tight during the Chinese New Year. The hotel provides tickets to Qiyun Mountain, but I personally think it would be better to have breakfast instead!

The hotel is located next to the Hongcun Upper Canal, and the location is very good. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the owner is considerate and attentive. He contacted the connection in advance and arranged for the waiter to pick us up at the West Parking Lot. The waiter was very nice and the service was very practical. I will choose this B&B again if I have the chance to come here next time, and I will also recommend it to my friends.

First of all, the room was small. Secondly, we booked a room with a view, but there was no view. There were some decoration materials piled up outside, and there was no large forest or field as we imagined. There were only homestays around, and there was nothing to eat, unless we went to Hongcun or the county town. But the food was average. We ordered KFC twice in a row. This was a trip that I took my 86 years old mom to travel with me. After a long bullet train ride and shuttle ride, Banyan Tree Huangshan gave us a warm welcome by upgrading our room to a villa. The place is beautifully designed, nested in a valley with traditional Hui style building. Inside the rooms, they have the western style bedroom and bathroom comforts, but the deco is traditional Chinese arts with a modern twist, very elegant, not the tacky hotel chain style but details that fits the surrounding nature beauty. All the rooms and facilities are very clean, and service people are very nice too. We had the front desk clerk Sweet, who updated our stay and a room cleaning lady May Zhang who helped us with our needs. Very thankful to their help! The outside garden design blends in with the surrounding mountains. They even have a petting zoo for visitors young and old. We dined in their Chinese restaurant the first night. The foods were good but I won't say exceptional. For two of us, it was way too much in food quantity for one order. We felt bad to waste food this way. Wish they have had smaller choices. But their breakfast is very impressive. And even though they are very close to Hong Village where the shuttle stops, they did not offer free shuttle which I think they should. The photos were beyond the original pictures! The room facilities are also great, the bedding is comfortable, the smart equipment is complete, and even the small refrigerator is full of free drinks. The experience activities they helped to arrange are super interesting, including super sleep-aiding singing bowl therapy, moxibustion experience, and tea tasting and incense, etc. I have to say that their tea is super delicious. They are all organic teas grown by themselves, and the mountain spring water is directly used to brew. I don’t like tea and I can feel the taste of tea. There are rich breakfast options and the local specialties are also very authentic. I will choose this place for my next vacation!
