Very good location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent.

All is good, but the night reception staff is incompetent and barely spoken English/Arm. The management should perform selection for the night team, meeting and greeting the guests.

International chain hotel, service and hygiene are very good, a few minutes walk from Republic Square, it is very convenient to eat and drink coffee nearby. It is also convenient to go to other attractions in the city. The front desk is very enthusiastic, recommended!

One of the most wonderful hotels in Yerevan in terms of location, high-end service, room size and service. Its location is close to all the important things in the center of the capital.

I liked the hotel's location and delicious breakfasts. We went with our family and booked 2 rooms: a standard room and a junior suite with 2 single beds. The junior suite does not match the description and photos on trip.com, in fact, it was a large double bed, there was no partition and a sofa, which should be behind it, but there was a strange empty room in front of the bathroom (photos of reality are attached). For less money, you could book a standard and not pay for non-functional meters.

At first, I was given the last room on a low floor, which was completely different from the room in the picture. I went down to negotiate and changed the room myself. Ctrip's attitude was okay in the end, but I found that more than once, most of the overseas hotels booked by Ctrip and Qunar are the last rooms on low floors, and the rooms booked on booking are normal rooms. I don't know whether Ctrip's negotiated price is low or their hotel doesn't care about the reviews on Ctrip. After all, the audience is only Chinese. They care more about the reviews on booking because the whole world can see them. Picture 1 is the room they gave me for the first time, Picture 2 is the promotional picture, and Picture 3 is the room they changed later.

The room was generally good. I arrived at 8 am and paid half a night's room rate to check in early! The breakfast was also quite rich, with standard Ramada hotel service! The experience was good
