Highly recommended clean villa type rooms in Yelagiri hills. The staffs are friendly and the location is also peaceful. The breakfast was good. If you want to enjoy with family this is recommended place.

Treebo Hotels Laa Gardenia is definitely a pleasant place to stay with family. The price is very nominal and the facilities are definitely class. It is a getaway place from our monotonous busy work life. The hotel/resort is located amidst all the tourist attractions of Yelagiri. It would be great if they can also include some indoor games. It is a suitable place to stay for all ages: kids, youngsters, family, and senior citizens. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. It is worth the price paid.

I had booked this hotel based on the reviews and pictures I found on various websites, but my experience was far from what I expected. The images and reviews turned out to be misleading. While they advertise full villas with bedrooms and dining areas, the cleanliness of the entire premises leaves much to be desired.The disappointment began with the approach road, which was narrow, bumpy, and strewn with stones. There were no security personnel at the entrance, and the parking area was muddy. To add to the chaos, I saw cleaning staff packing food in the reception area, which was both chaotic and smelly. Contrary to the advertised pool, the actual pool was very small, and many nearby rooms appeared abandoned, covered in grass as if they hadn't been used in years. Stray dogs were roaming the property, and waste and plastic bottles were piled up near the pool area.Inside the room, we discovered that the linens had not been washed for at least three months, with the once-white sheets now an unsightly brown. Despite this, they still made the bed with the same dirty sheets, and the pillows were musty with numerous stains and hairs. The bathrooms had a lingering bad smell, and the floors were stained. Due to the deplorable condition of the rooms and my serious concerns about safety and hygiene, I made the difficult decision not to stay at this hotel. It was abundantly clear that the establishment did not uphold the standards I had anticipated for a comfortable and secure stay.In summary, this is not a suitable place for a decent family stay. I strongly advise against relying on the reviews and pictures. If you're considering booking this property, I recommend visiting in person before making a reservation, as it's not a safe place for families, and you may end up wasting your money."

The staff at Treebo Trend La Gardenia Resort, were instrumental in making this holiday a very happy and memorable one. They provided us with tasty, home-cooked food - generous servings at very affordable prices. They also provided a wide selection of dishes. Although the food was catered from an external source, it always arrived fresh and piping hot! We stayed at their Mahogany room and had a huge common room entirely to ourselves as the second room sharing this space was unoccupied. The room, bed clothes and fittings were very clean. The room also had an attached balcony where one could spend a lot of time just being a peace with nature. The property is located off the beaten track, away from the main road. Hence, one can really enjoy the peace and tranquility that Yelagiri is noted for. Hats off to all the staff for their very courteous service and pleasantness. If we visit Yelagiri again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Place for families, ideal for a leisure stay! Place has serenity, nature and all modern facilities. Ours was a premium cottage where they kept one of the rooms locked and we didn't mind that all as it was just 2 of us with a 2 year old kid. So, we had a 1 bedroom, 1 bath and hall with dining to us which included a patio and a balcony.

Everything was perfect. Only feedback is: Please allow credit card payment on site. The payment link did not work. Great service, and excellent breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality. One feedback though: When we enquired the manager about "Cloud Forest Entertainment Park" he said he did not know about something like that. Later we found that Treebo has a deal with Fundera and that is why he misdirected us, so we would go to Fundera. Fundera is more expensive and charges for activities, whereas all activities are free in "Cloud Forest" which is just a stone throw away from Treebo. Don't misguide the guests.

A very nice and quaint property stay with all amenities. Complimentary breakfast is served from a home cook which is very tasty. Lunch and dinner has to be pre-ordered. Wi-fi available. Cricket and badminton can be played in the lawn. Rooms were top notch. Would recommend for a relaxing yet luxurious stay at Yelagiri

The property is well maintained and is a good suit for families. Staffs are very much approachable. They don't have their own restaurant to dine-in, but they have a menu to order and they'll deliver to your room. No complaints with the food. Breakfast was amazing. Loved the location and ambience. Attractions are at drivable distance, could reach within 10 mins. Overall it was a very good stay and would definitely recommend.

the staff were kind and polite the place needs to be kept and maintained well somehow its seems like no care is given its a nice place to go and rest but the way the maintained is not good. it is still a good place kindly do the needful
