The first room had some minor hygiene issues, but luckily the front desk staff was very good and quickly changed rooms to resolve the issue. I always feel that this type of hotel shouldn't have this kind of problem. The location is convenient to go anywhere. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel. It is also close to eating, shopping and going to Slender West Lake. The breakfast is rich.

Excellent hotel in great location. The highlight was the service provided by the staff which was always with a smile. Our traveling party was unfortunately sick when we got to Yangzhou but the hotel was located close to the hospital. They sent us a lot of fruits to the room, wishing speedy recovery. There’s a small newly renovated children playroom next to the gym. I love the complimentary laundromat which was a blessing when traveling with little children. Breakfast was a good variety, and plenty of bottled mineral water around the hotel that you can take to keep yourself hydrated. Front desk 苹果and 桔子 provided excellent service.

The hotel is far away from the downtown area. It is a garden-style hotel. There is a small check-in scene in the courtyard. I fell in love with this environment as soon as I entered. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Dongguan Street. It only takes more than ten minutes to drive to other attractions and stations. The hotel staff is enthusiastic and the service is good. The children said that they will stay here again when they come to Yangzhou next time.

I clicked into the store reservation page and found that his home was really special. I chose the room of bad people. It was mainly based on the prototype of the characters in the movie. The room was full of classical elements. Even the shape of the stair rails was sprayed with gold powder. The boss really took care of it. Avoid the high-priced homestays in the scenic area during the peak season. The bus stop is at the door. Absolutely amazing location and so refreshing. I enjoyed my stay at holiday inn, the stuff was very helpful, I liked the breakfast and everything. Also very affordable for a solo traveler. It’s close to a lot of attractions and the slender night market too. I had so much fun. The stuff helped me with getting around and booking taxi for me and recommendations as well. Thanks to Asa again at the reception. Amazing person.

It was my first time to Yangzhou. Xiyuan Hotel was quiet in the bustling city, and the landscaping was very good. It was very close to the surrounding attractions, and the geographical location was advantageous. Tianning Temple was next to the door, and 468 Market and Geyuan Garden were 7 minutes' walk away. It was very close to Slender West Lake and Heyuan Garden. I stayed there for 2 days during this trip, and the elders at home also felt very comfortable. I would stay there again if I went there next time. The hotel is also historical, and there may be some defects, but the hotel is also actively dealing with them. (After notifying the front desk about the problem with the bedside socket, they replied within 30 minutes to arrange for it to be handled the next day. Sure enough, it was repaired when I returned to the hotel after the tour the next day.) The hotel staff were polite and considerate, and took the initiative to greet people. It made people feel at home.

Best location if you wanted to visit Slender Lake as the entrance is just across the road. There are restaurants to the left of the resort as well if opting to dine out. The resort is quite big, with separate buildings housing different types of rooms. Well catered for families with kids. We got the room with a hot spring inside so we didn’t visit the public one.

I arrived a bit earlier at 11am which is way ahead of the standard check-in time, but the staff efficiently accommodated me, offering a complimentary room upgrade. While I waited for my room to be ready, the concierge added me on WeChat to keep me updated and even reminded me when the room was prepared as I enjoyed my lunch. Additionally, they ensured my luggage was delivered directly to my room without any hassle. One of the standout features of this hotel is its innovative robot delivery service for food orders. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.
