When I checked in for the first time, the front desk gave me a very good feeling. The young lady who received me greeted me with a smile. After seeing my ID card, she found out that I came from Nanjing and told me that she was going to Nanjing's Wutong Avenue. She praised Nanjing as a good place and gave me a very good, friendly and enthusiastic feeling. After the check-in, she recommended to me that there is porridge to drink in the hotel at night and places to eat in the Powerlong Shopping Mall next to it (mainly recommending the small vegetable garden, and Dachaohuai), after entering the room, it felt very clean. I heard that this hotel has been open for a few years, but it didn't look shabby. It was well maintained. The mattress was very soft, because I personally like soft mattresses, so it was very comfortable. Because I stayed for a few days, the laundry room on the third floor of the hotel also provided me with convenience, saving the extra cost of washing clothes, which was very convenient. The gym was also next to it, but I occasionally lifted dumbbells. Second, when I came up to enter the room, I felt that it was very small, and it was very noisy downstairs, with the sound of dogs and the sound of the road. I called the front desk and asked him to change me a room. As a result, when I went to that room, it was just as noisy and there were shops downstairs. I don't understand what the point of changing rooms is? At this time, another staff member came out and rushed into the room. He told us that it was different and there was no problem. I don't understand why the service quality of the hotel is so bad? The service attitude of this employee was also very bad. Then we went back to the room and told the front desk about this problem, and also reflected their front desk service problems to them, but we didn't get any response. The front desk staff came up and just helped us change the room. They didn't give us any explanation about the service problem. They also emphasized to us that we changed to a deluxe family room, but I couldn't see any difference from my original room, but the sound was not so loud. Would it be a family bed if the sofa was put down? Then they told me to send me a fruit plate. I don't think I need such a fruit plate. From beginning to end, no one responded to me about the front desk service problem. I have never written a bad review for a hotel, but this experience is really very bad. I don't think I will come again next time. The temperature of the hotel air conditioner has not been lowered. It has been very hot these two days. We have adjusted the temperature to 16 degrees, but his screen has been showing 28 degrees. What does that mean? Do you want to air dry? It's really a bad experience!
