They provided a pick-up service from Yangshuo station as it is quite far away from the station, but it was not the hotel's fault as the station is far from any tourist spots you want to see in Yangshuo. From the moment I arrived, the staffs at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and efficient in checking me in. They also provided helpful recommendations for attractions and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room itself was huge, spotlessly clean and the bathroom was really big with both bathtub and shower inside. Throughout my stay, the hotel provided midnight snack (tangyuan/noodles/etc) and fulfilling breakfast as well. Also, they offered to pick me up from tourist spots near the hotel and ensure that my trip was as comfortable as it can be. Overall, my experience at the hotel was nothing short of superb. The combination of those truly outstanding service made for an exceptionally pleasant and stress-free stay. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel uncle was very enthusiastic and said that I would go up to see the room first and check in if I was satisfied? Lovely view of the mountains - clean and nicely furnished rooms, providing good value for a stay amongst the dramatic karst landscape. Power outage did happen twice within the neighbourhood though and no real explanation for it was provided … but overall we enjoyed our time here.
