This is best value for money hotel I have been in. It’s sparkling clean. Hotel staff is helpful. Xiao Zeng in reception was super sweet and incredibly helpful. Breakfast is very good price. They even have Japanese toilet, which we loved it. Free washing and drying was another very useful thing. Rooms are designed so well, attention to details are amazing. I am so impressed, I booked the same orange hotel in Xi’an.

I had a great stay at Orange Hotel in Yangshuo. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it’s clear that many travelers choose this hotel—it’s always lively. They offer free laundry and drying machines, with plenty of racks available. There’s also a well-equipped gym with treadmills, and many lockers for guests. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the lively West Street. Highly recommended!

One of your front staff really made extra effort to make us welcome and help us in every way possible. The hotel is very conveniently located with many restaurants nearby and the West Street pedestrian street not far away. The toilet is very high tech with remote control for the many types of flushing, warm water washing and drying . The toilet seat cover can also automatically lift up when we go near. The only little inconvenience is the lack of rail or hook for hanging towels and clothing in the toilet and bath room area.

The room itself was the same as the pictures. The room was clean but deep cleaning would be better for dust and added hygiene. The shower also had debris from previous guests. The breakfast was lacking food for vegetarians and the breakfast hall was chaotic . I booked a family room which stated landmark view. However on entering the view it looked into the back alley and had 3 walls that had no view. I requested a room with a view and was told to pay 100yuan. I was then given a family theme room when we were three adults. And had to request to remove all the kiddies things. And request to be given adult sized slippers and toothbrush. Pardon my understanding but if I book a landmark view surely it means a view of a landmark. The staff had a really sour attitude, and were not very courteous, or understanding. No welcome drink was offered . Make sure to book a Mountain View room if you want to have a nice experience. The hotel is in a convenient location.

Love the room and is very close to west street. Breakfast wise is so so, variety not much and not nice.

Excellent experience! Very nice staff, very very clean, fully equipped. No smoke of cigarettes, the hotel actually smelled very nicely and fresh. The rooms are clean and completely new. Front desk lady helped us a lot with getting transported! Highly recommend! The beds are a bit hard but that's the standard in China, they're very comfortable still and new. So it's just their preference I assume. Loved the M60 Plus toilet !

The location of the hotel is good – centrally situated and within walking distance of the lively West Street. The official photos show the hotel surrounded by nature, with mountains and water. In reality, while the mountains are there, in front of them is a parking lot, with streets and cars in the foreground. We booked the Terrace Deluxe Family Suite with Panoramic Mountain View, which was advertised as including a separate living room. However, the living area only contained a very narrow an uncomfortable sofa, a small table, and a basic children’s slide, no TV and otherwise an empty room. Additionally, the only option to store clothes for a family of 4 was a rack in the entrance. No other storage options—shelves, wardrobes. The shower towels were stored in the entrance area and only three were provided for the four of us. Cleanliness in the room was poor our socks turned dirty within minutes. The lighting could not be adjusted to a cozy atmosphere —only fully bright or completely off, uncomfortable in the evenings. Breakfast is advertised as both Chinese and Western. In reality, it consisted almost entirely of Chinese dishes. The only Western options were toast and butter, which is far from a proper international breakfast offering. The so-called gym is a small niche with two treadmills—there are no other machines or equipment. Unfortunately, none of the front desk staff we dealt with spoke a single word of English. For a hotel of this category, it would be great for the front desk staff to have at least very basic English skills to ensure smooth communication with international guests. Even the sentence: “we would like to check out” had to be translated. Overall we found it overpriced and we would have changed hotel, if we had booked for more than 2 nights.

Good location but due to peak season, the breakfast was like a war zone. Too many people and only 1 coffee machine which was very slow. Ended up long queue waiting for just a cup of coffee.

A modern hotel in the heart of Yangshuo. The room and bathroom were clean. The room of sufficient size and the beds are comfortable. The design of the hotel is modern. A free coin laundry is available. The internet was reliable and fast. The manager of the travel desk was most helpful to arrange at a good price the transfer to the highspeed train station, the ticketing for the Li River show and an excursion to the underground caves. The only negative point is that there was not sufficient place in the breakfast room, that tables remained uncleaned for a long wait and that there are only few breakfast items for foreigners.

Excellent hotel in the middle of town. We have stayed at many Orange hotels in different cities and this is the best one. The hotel is brand new and facilities are the most complete, one of the best local chain hotels in China. The service is prompt and friendly even for the super peak period we stayed here, and as usual love the free tangerines! Highly recommended hotel.

Excellent value for money. It's near the main shopping area. Rooms are very clean and new. Hotel is a little crowded, with many rooms on one floor. The signage to rooms on the room floors is not clear, and can be improved.
