The facilities are old and there are no standing mirrors in the rooms. Kayudo Mi Beach The surroundings are beautiful, and the food and beverage department is friendly.

Nice clean room, beautiful territory, pools and spring. European breakfast. Stayed for one night, overall were satisfied.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel while traveling around Korea by bicycle. It’s a pity that the fountain and garden lighting weren’t working this time. The hotel has a good sauna

It's close to Seoul and the hot spring water is good, so it's easy to go and come back without any burden. The accommodation fee is not too expensive, and it seems like a good value hot spring hotel.

I was going to stay at Sono right next door, but it was already fully booked for that date, so I had no choice but to book here. It's a hotel in name only, but I think the front desk needs some improvement. I arrived a little after 5 o'clock on the day and was waiting for check-in, but a staff member who wasn't even wearing a uniform was walking around the front desk and didn't give any explanations and just kept yelling at me to wait. It's not like a flea market and it's so chaotic, and since it's so crowded, they didn't even explain to me to wait, let alone threaten me, but they kept yelling at me to wait in order because they knew everything and not cut in line!!! And there were a lot of customers at the front desk, and since it was a weekend afternoon, they should've come out earlier to help, but there was only one male staff member who was stubbornly handling things... Haa... .. I don't know if he's the real manager, but please improve the hotel service!! And it was way past check-in time, but since it has central heating and it takes a while for the room to heat up, you should have turned on the heating in advance or asked if you could turn it on when you checked in. When I checked in, the weather was close to 0 degrees, so the floor was as cold as ice, and when I asked the front desk, they only turned on the heating, and it took about 2 hours for it to warm up. I have land in Yangpyeong, so I don't have many options, so I come here and stay sometimes, but I hope you either change the name to "hotel" or improve the service to match the level of a "hotel"!!

Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 11am... The facilities are old in many ways... The parking lot is too small. There is no convenience store and I have no intention of visiting again. The Dumulmeori hotdog on the way there was delicious.

The worst hotel in my life. It's the worst to even call it a hotel. When I complained and told them to figure it out, even though it wasn't my fault, they said I should figure it out myself and that I should sue them for obstructing their business, and then they said I was being verbally abused and that I should sue them for obstructing their business... and then the manager hung up...ㅡㅡ I've been paying for this kind of thing and I've heard people say I'm crazy during this peak season, and I complained to Trip.com, where I paid for the hotel, about their customer service that doesn't even feel like a hotel, and now I can't sleep because my blood pressure is rising. In this day and age of service, they're saying that it's the customer's fault for not knowing that the hotel reservation number is wrong in their system, and they're saying that it's the customer's fault for them to sue them for it... I really think the world is crazy. This hotel should never be in business.

Overall, it was a satisfactory stay and the food was okay.

냉장고 나무문?삭았고요 샤워실 샤워기끝등 여자 긴 머리카락 다수 발견 숙박비따로 온천장 따로 수영장비용따로네요 만원 더 주고 큰 호텔로 다니고 싶에요 울 신랑은 만족?한다하면서 유황온천물인지는 모르겠다고 ㅋㅋ 아침일찍 산책 뜨거워 저녁식사 걸어서 갔는데 장어2인분도 거의 10만원 숙소는 좀 더 저렴했으면 하천뷰인데 사람빠져 사망사건이 있던 곳이라 계곡 찾아 아침에 또 양평 돌아다님

쾌적한 숙소에서 즐겁게 푹쉬다가 갈수 있어서 너무 좋았어요
